Rooms and hotel are very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, there was a cigarette smell in our room and the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Otherwise, an excellent experience

Many missing items are not replenished at breakfast time. Plates and garbage are cleared from the tables very slowly. The room is ideal, good, and clean.

This hotel is in a refurbished building that was built in 16th century for travelers along the silken road. The wonderful courtyard was for the horses and carriages, now for breakfast and a restaurant. Good atmosphere

We stayed two days at the Keykavus hotel, both ladies who work at the reception were very helpful, kind and the breakfast was wonderful. Thanks again Miss Bano for her kindness, and the other receptionist who was plump and very kind and tourist-friendly But unfortunately I don't remember her name. We definitely suggest trying that nice and relaxing hotel.

This is a great hotel. We went on a tour with a group of 26 people. Our last stop was at this hotel. This was a nice and clean hotel. The staff was very helpful. The rooms where nice and clean. The breakfast was broad with a variety of cheese, olives , cheesebread (pogaca), jams and a lot of more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything was great except for the centrally controlled air conditioning system. At times, the room temperature went up to 29°C, which was quite uncomfortable. That aside, this is easily the best hotel in Sivas – delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, a proper work/study area, gym, hammam, and plenty of other amenities. Well done, team! I stayed at this hotel for two days, and it was disappointing experience. The location is in the middle of nowhere, with views of a gas station and railway dead-end, nothing remotely interesting nearby. The hotel itself is rundown and shabby, with stained carpets and furniture. Housekeeping was poor, with peeling paint in the bathroom and a rusty sink. On our way to Mercin we stayed there for two days. A modern hotel with a great view on the upper floors. Very good restaurant, rest areas, good gym and SPA with pilling and massage for travelers. Recommend!

Upon arrival; the valet parked our vehicles. All 13 che ked in smoothly the rooms were made within 10 minutes. The AC was on the wrong setting and wasn't cool enough, but cracking the window open it felt cool on the 10th floor. Good Hotel, with kind staff. The room was okay, and the breakfast was good. The main problem is that on the booking and their website it's written that there is a pool, but when I was about to swim they told me that I have to wear a pool cap, so -1 star for that, they should have warned their customers before.

Very clean rooms and bath.Helpful staff. The breakfast was the best I had throughout my 20 day journey in Turkey, compared to the price. There were different types of cheese, jam, nuts etc. What I liked the most was the different types of fruits they served including pear, apples, oranges, strawberries and kiwi.

All in all, I'm very satisfied. The beds and shower are excellent. The breakfast and dinner were very plentiful and delicious. I'd especially like to thank the staff for their very friendly service. They always did their best to accommodate me. I'll definitely be back.

Good service ,the staff are kind and Helpful, spacious and luxurious room. You have a good area for the kids and swimming pool is clean . Everything was perfect. They catch the European standards. And of course my holly days was restful and relax. I hope to come back again.

Very nice looking Hotel from outside and inside. The rooms are also big enough for two or more people with a kitchen and up to two bathrooms. There are a football and basketball court outside. My only issue is that the pools with the regular water and thermal water a bit too small in comparison with how many people are visiting the hotel.

It is in a very central location, with double minarets, 300 meters from the center. The staff is friendly, especially Ms. Zeynep is very attentive. The rooms are nice and have everything including tea and coffee. You can park in front of the hotel, the staff is helpful.
