Good breakfast with a nice variety, and the bed was comfortable.
However, the shower area was very small and the toilet space was not very convenient. Overall, a decent stay.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast is very thoughtfully designed, free water is available in the lounge, the price is cheap in Sivas, and the room has a neon effect, which is quite romantic.

We 3 cousins shared a room. The price was very good considering its location. The room and linens were clean. It was a spacious room. The attention was very good and our requests were met. The hotel was generally a quiet hotel.

We've been stupid, don't stay here. When I entered the room, the flush was not working and the shower head was not adjusted. The worst part was when I wanted to start the air conditioner, I saw that the air conditioner did not have an external motor. Customers and birds had turned the empty area there into a garbage dump. As soon as I opened the window, it smelled awful inside. When I called the authorized friend, he stated that he came to collect it with a glove in his hand. Afterwards, he left without collecting and made a sentence like "friends will sort it out in the morning".

We went up to the room and got down immediately. The toilet was in a disgraceful state. They wiped it from the top, and when they lifted the lid, there were pieces of feces on the inside of the yellow, filthy toilet. It was in a disgusting condition. We booked this hotel because it was close to where we needed to go, but I will never give it a chance again. They never said that we should be careful about extra hygiene for families with children, they gave us such a room without any shame, I have nothing to say but I do not recommend it.

I saw sincerity and cleanliness that cannot be found even in a 5-star hotel. Especially the sincerity of the hotel owner Barış Bey is worth everything. When you come to Sivas, you can choose this hotel with peace of mind, believing in my sincerity, before looking for another hotel. There is no room for doubts in life, experiences take you to the top. ❤️🫶

It is in a very central location, with double minarets, 300 meters from the center. The staff is friendly, especially Ms. Zeynep is very attentive. The rooms are nice and have everything including tea and coffee. You can park in front of the hotel, the staff is helpful.

Besides personal not speaking any languages but Turkish (easy solution is google translate) the hotel room we got was very very poor - toilet smell met us at the door got it sorted by opening all taps to flash the sewage pipes but yet smell was there, then water from taps came out as from very poor maintained tap, ventilation thing was full of dust and floor was full of stains.
