It is an okay Hotel, nothing special. The A/C in the rooms only blow out hot air even if you put it on "cold". Some rooms you can't open the window. Water pressure goes up and down in the shower. It is a quite old hotel, and the rooms could use an update.

Don't go to their restaurant unless you like very dry meat...

Oh and also, no one speaks English.

For a very well known hotel like akgun hotel every thing was outdated and needs updating.

Air con in my room existed but didn't make my room cool at all. I sweated every night despite they changed my room.

I got locked out of my room because they're lock stopped working. So they changed me to another room half the size what I was moved from only to be moved into a room which the aircon didn't work view was on top of roof tops.

Staff were helpful and nice which is the only thing which was nice about the hotel.

The food was very bland for breakfast. But it was decent

Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not.

Simply is the best hotel in east turkey which i have seen ever, because they polite also you can rich everywhere quickly and lovely turkish cuisine available... thanks everyone

Clean, german standards. Normal size rooms. Safe parking. Full breakfast where You can take a decent expresso (not very usual in Turkey). Kindly staff.

Location is good and accessible to the downtown easily. All the conditions are quite satisfying, but for me lightening of the hotel and it's garden should be improved.

The hotel is located near a strip of road with lots of nightly shops and diners. The rooms were a bit old fashioned but did not lack in luxury, especially for the price. The 24/7 food service and day-pool were excellent, as well as the attached mall and fitness room. I would stay here again when I come back.

Quite good place to stay in Elazig. Breakfast is good and big, rooms are clean enough. Communication in English almost not possible, so take you time when checking out
