I spent four nights at the Dedeman in Elaziğ and I liked it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom clean and it comes with an excellent rain shower. I slept like a baby in the comfortable bed and their breakfast is a nice mixture of “continental” and “Turkish” with lots of fresh fruit and local poducts.
Make sure you to ask for a non smoking room if you are not a smoker or just don’t like the smell of stale smoke so the staff can provide you with one with crisp clean air!
They alo have a spa/hamam but I didn’t visit it.

The staff, management, service and quality are excellent in every sense. Dedeman Hotel, where cleanliness and comfort are at the highest level, is a great chance for our Elazig. May your smile always be there..

During my stay I found the cleaning very successful, the rooms comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. The Roof restaurant had a lot of food, the breakfast was rich and delicious. I would like to thank the general managers and their staff for their interest and relevance.

Toilet smelling alot , and not clean enough
Breakfast , they were giving to each person a covered plate (with tomato,cucumber, 2 kind of cheese, 5 6 pcs of olive , small box of (butter, honey ,) … in general not wait breakfast buffet -coz there isnt-
During the reservation we was tild that the spa and pool was opened until midnight, but we finf it closing at 10 pm

A small city in Turkey. I forgot to bring a toothbrush, but they sent it to me. The room conditions are far worse than at home, but the price is DOUBLE. Unfortunately, Türkiye is expensive overall, so this is pretty good.

I’ve been staying multiple times here in the hotel since 2020 with absolutely no problem . Helpful people , nice rooms and clean beds ..
But since last time I stayed a very unusual habit came across my eyes .
They allow smokers to smoke inside the restaurant while we were eating our food . 🤮🤮🤮
it wasn’t just 1 smoker , it was at least 10-15 people who were trying to smoke the room up . I had to stop my dinner early because of the stench .
Were living in 2024 , smoking inside a closed window restaurant is not a thing anymore 🥴

The hotel is very bad, the facilities are very broken, the bed has a pit, it is very uncomfortable to sleep. The corner of the bed is right angled, it hurts so much when you get up at night, the corner of the bed is rounded. It is not even as good as domestic economy hotels, I strongly do not recommend it!

Its a great hotel but my minibar wasnt working at all. The food was nice. I would recommend it to tourists
