Hotels in Elazig

It is an okay Hotel, nothing special. The A/C in the rooms only blow out hot air even if you put it on "cold". Some rooms you can't open the window. Water pressure goes up and down in the shower. It is a quite old hotel, and the rooms could use an update. Don't go to their restaurant unless you like very dry meat... Oh and also, no one speaks English.

Average. did not like the receptionist service, but other guys were really good and friendly. Rooms didn’t look that clean as it’s non-smoking room but the pillows were stinging of cigarettes. I don’t know if they changed or not.

Simply is the best hotel in east turkey which i have seen ever, because they polite also you can rich everywhere quickly and lovely turkish cuisine available... thanks everyone

Clean, german standards. Normal size rooms. Safe parking. Full breakfast where You can take a decent expresso (not very usual in Turkey). Kindly staff.

Location is good and accessible to the downtown easily. All the conditions are quite satisfying, but for me lightening of the hotel and it's garden should be improved.

Room was clean, service decent, but everything was very dated. Management concerned about electricity costs, so no AC or even just fans in the hallways or (small) elevators, making the hotel in general hot and stuffy with temps in the 90s outside. Room cooled fine with the AC on though. Kettle for tea, but no coffee in the room. Only instant coffee at breakfast. Breakfast was good otherwise.

Good location. No parking. It’s an old building but the rooms are big and clean. The receptionist Tochi was very helpful and knows how to speak English. Both telephone inside the room was not working. We told them they said no signal. If u want to call reception u have to go down.

I spent four nights at the Dedeman in Elaziğ and I liked it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom clean and it comes with an excellent rain shower. A small city in Turkey. I forgot to bring a toothbrush, but they sent it to me. The room conditions are far worse than at home, but the price is DOUBLE. Unfortunately, Türkiye is expensive overall, so this is pretty good.

I’ve been staying multiple times here in the hotel since 2020 with absolutely no problem . Helpful people , nice rooms and clean beds .. But since last time I stayed a very unusual habit came across my eyes . It is an average hotel which needs some improvements in bathroom and craftsmanship side. Breakfast was ok. People who wants a silent stay should be careful about the music till 11 pm or 12 am. Other than that staff was helpful.

There was a guy who was rude during my last days at the hotel. Kept asking me whenever I enter or about to exit the hotel to show my hotel card all the time. Otherwise, I would have given it 4 stars, not the best but it’s okay.

Great value Hotel. It has everything you would expect at this level. Good breakfast, clean towels, good bed. Like most hotel rooms in Turkey it smelled of smoke. They were happy to store my bike in the lobby.

My room is to a very high standard with plenty of space. Fridge, coffee and tea making facilities, step in shower. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The staff are polite and helpful. Really pleased to have chosen this hotel.

I was not at this hotel for more than one night. Fortunately, there was a parking lot. The reception staff was very friendly. Breakfast and internet speed were acceptable. Room sizes vary.

Great hotel with big room and walking distance to shopping center. Wifi has issue when I came. I was waiting my luggages to come in my room but unfortunately they didn’t deliver it and still in the lobby.

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I liked it in terms of price, comfort, and breakfast. Don't listen to the negative reviews; pay six thousand and stay at Dedaman instead, you'll get service far exceeding the price. This is a hotel you can come to with peace of mind.

The welcome and friendliness are excellent, they have their own (close and large) car park, all the staff are helpful, and there's a generous breakfast available. Those coming from out of town can stay here without hesitation. Thank you.

It is a complete price-performance hotel, both affordable and clean, right in the centre of the city. The only downside was the noise from alcoholics coming from the nightclubs.

Everyone has shamelessly attacked the carpet stains in the rooms but what can the business owner do? Every disrespectful, impertinent customer should change my carpet due to the stains that do not pass. Don't do it, friends, don't look down on labor so much. The hotel is unfortunately poor in terms of cleanliness. When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. This was not nice for us who do not smoke. We stayed for 5 nights, the windows were open day and night to air it out, but it did not go away. The sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers were stained and not clean, the towels looked like they had been used and not washed...

I come to looking remark. This hotel is center of city. You want to walk everywhere. Hotel's staffs are smiling. Elazığ has lots of historical place. Harput Castle, Palu Historical Castle etc. Also, Elazığ has got touristic place. Sivrice lake, Keban etc.

Very friendly and courteous staff, very nice owner. All inquiries and special requests are immediately fulfilled by the staff to your satisfaction. Breakfast is extensive and delicious. The location is very good. Everything is easily accessible on foot (shopping, groceries, cafes, etc.) I will definitely come back.

Very good staff behavior. The room service was at the level of a three-star hotel. The manager was a good manager. But breakfast on a plate without the possibility of choosing. At the level of a two-star hotel and maybe lower. A better breakfast can be prepared in the tea house. The swimming pool and other hotel services were rented and we had to pay for their use.

I stayed for 10 days due to work and everything was very nice. The rooms are clean, very spacious and comfortable. Employees are very engaged. Only the breakfast can be improved a little more, other than that, there are all the amenities and you can easily access the hotel because its location is central. Thanks for everything :)
