Moonlight in Erzincan

I ended up leaving the location because I couldn’t communicate properly with the staff. When I asked about parking — which was the main reason I booked this place — they showed me a spot under the terrace. I was traveling with my motorcycle, and that parking space didn’t feel safe or suitable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the amount I paid.

Unfortunately... Although we had made a reservation by phone and relied on that, we unfortunately cancelled our guesthouse reservation at the same price. They gave us the room as if they were doing us a favor. We settled in out of necessity, thinking it was only for one night. The bathroom and toilet were very dirty; despite my warnings, they said it had just been cleaned. The sink wasn't running; we had to use the sink in the kitchen area. The bed, sheets, and pillows were clean. We will not stay here again. They should be more careful and improve their management. Also, the person I believe to be the owner was very indifferent. He half-heartedly told the cleaning lady, "If there's a room available, give it to me," and walked past us without even looking at us.

No good for me im not happy
i ask for double bed but ive got 2 single bed they got kitchen but utencils no kettle no cups
