The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. A standard breakfast was available. The rooms weren't perfectly clean. The Fiat was expensive for its performance. The staff was attentive.

Overall, a friendly and pleasant hotel. The location is perfect; everything is easily accessible on foot.
The lady at reception was extremely courteous and very helpful—far beyond the norm 👌.

I had a wonderful time with its friendly staff and clean room. I came to visit a friend during this time. I especially appreciated the central location, the friendly staff (including Ms. Sevgi at the front desk, who was very friendly and helpful), the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. All in all, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

- we booked family room for 2 adult and 2 kids. the room was small, most space were occupied by beds. the beds were uncomfortable, they swayed and creaked with every movement. it was the feeling that the room isn't clean, the same about bathroom. It was very bad cigarette smell inside the room and ashtray was on the table, so it's a room for smokers. the breakfast was very small Turkish style: instant coffee, tea, pieces of few types of cheese, jams, bread, one boiled egg, olives. the whole family was left hungry. the parking is not secured and no CCTV. I don't recommend this hotel. It was the most expensive in the city with very high reviews rate, but in reality this is the place to avoid.

Thank you, we loved everything. We stayed with our family. Everyone was happy! The breakfast was wonderful and welcoming. It's a good hotel. I recommend it.

Large bright rooms, and very clean and comfortable.
Parking is available in the car park at the reception, but people seem to park there anyway to go shopping so space can be limited until late afternoon.
My motorcycle was parked there with no problems, and the local area feels very relaxed and safe.
The attached bar is a plus, bottled beers and simple yet satisfying food which is well presented.
Breakfast is amazing, just so much, and served by a lovely gentleman who kept bringing out even more food and fruit !
Some strong Turkish coffee would have been appreciated but we didn't ask.

pleasant staff but problems
The staff was very nice and helpful. they spoke english and were attentive to our needs. BUT- the top floor which (on the website) looked like a beautiful dining area was torn up and totally shut down so meals were only in the dark little pub. Our car got blocked in to the parking lot so we could not get out. Apparently this happens a lot but still - we had to change our plans because we could not leave the parking lot when we wanted to. Also, someone else's socks were in the bathroom storage area under the sink. Kind of gross.

Nice hotel to visit. Good and drink is readily available at any time and my Moto had parking right outside the front entrance. Close to other food options and shopping areas
