Perfect hotel for our stay. 30 motorbikers from Belgium, riding 5000km around Turkey. Welcomed by a super friendly and enthusiastic staff. No beer, being Belgian this is part of our culture, but all respect for the local culture. Hope to visit once again in the future

Silence. Clean. Great breakfast. Swimming pool it's not working. 2,5 km to city center.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the main road into the city. The hotel rooms are relatively large and the air conditioning effect is also relatively good. All in all, the experience was good and I will stay there next time.

The only negative thing I experienced about the facility was a mechanical noise coming in from the windows of my room 1202, the noise (may be the air conditioning unit) was almost torture all...

I stayed there because I thought it was cheap for a Hilton! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

Friendly and solution-oriented staff. The rooms are clean, the Internet is not very fast as in the rest of the country. The gym is not big but it is clean. I think I went there 2 or 3 times and each time there was no one in the gym. There is drinking water and clean towels inside.

The team at the reception is very helpful and caring. Thank you to each and every one of them Rooms are clean. The breakfast is quite good, the variety is sufficient. I have one small criticism. The room doors are a bit difficult to close and make noise. It would be nice to have it fixed :)

We stayed here on a biking trip through Turkey. Very Nice hotel. Friendly staff, nice clean room and very cosy restaurant. The staff was very kind and allowed us to store our bikes safe inside the restaurant.

The rooms were clean and beautiful. This is a hotel we've trusted for years. Friendly and high-quality service is provided. We could call it our home in Erzincan. You can choose it with confidence. I'd like to thank the hotel staff.

The staff was attentive and polite. The room was large, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as it should be. Parking was also a plus.

The best hotel in Erzincan. The city is very small. Most people in the hotel don't speak English, including the front desk. It's best to make an appointment with friends in advance when you go. There is a good pizza restaurant opposite the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to get around. A standard breakfast was available. The rooms weren't perfectly clean. The Fiat was expensive for its performance. The staff was attentive.

Overall, a friendly and pleasant hotel. The location is perfect; everything is easily accessible on foot. The lady at reception was extremely courteous and very helpful—far beyond the norm 👌.

I had a wonderful time with its friendly staff and clean room. I came to visit a friend during this time. I especially appreciated the central location, the friendly staff (including Ms. Sevgi at the front desk, who was very friendly and helpful), the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. Nice hotel to visit. Good and drink is readily available at any time and my Moto had parking right outside the front entrance. Close to other food options and shopping areas

Great value for money, golden location

The hotel is located right in the center. It's hard to find, even with a GPS. The rooms have a stove and refrigerator, but no dishes or kettle. If you overlook the cleanliness, it's generally not bad and not expensive. And there were only two towels for three guests.

The unit was decent and generally met our needs as a family of six with four kids. It was clean and had the basic amenities, though a few things could be improved for better comfort and convenience. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

Booked for a friend, the place is easy to find, check-in is convenient, the facilities are complete, there are some convenient shops around, and the sanitation is good. It is a good choice in terms of cost performance.

The room was dated and the matress was awful, but hey, it was only $27/night.

Everything was superb with regards to money I paid. Everything necessary was available. Keep in mind that in summer you need a fan if given a room on 2nd floor. There is no concept of fans or air-conditioning over here.
