First of all, if you are considering staying here and checking the reviews, keep in mind that they offer a 10% discount in exchange for a high-rated review, so decide for yourself about its objectivity. **If you don't want to be shouted at and insulted by a housekeeping staff member early in the morning, don't stay here!** I checked into the hotel on August 15th. I would like to thank the reservation and reception staff who handled my check-in process; they made everything easy for me, and the person who helped me during check-out was also quite friendly. However, on the morning of August 16th, I was awakened by loud music. The housekeeping staff had turned the music up to full volume on her phone, placed it in front of my door, and was cleaning a room at the end of the corridor. My friend had arrived at the hotel at 4 AM, and we wanted to rest. When I warned her, she began shouting at me rudely, saying things like, "You can't tell me what music to listen to, who do you think you are, I don't have to ask you what to do, it's too late to be sleeping." She aggressively scolded me in front of my friend. Even after I closed the door and went back to my room, she continued to insult and shout at me. I have stayed in and worked at many hotels, and I am still working in this industry, so I know the procedures very well. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I did not pay for a staff member to shout at and scold me in the morning. I went to the reception to speak with a manager, but there was none. Only the receptionist listened to me, but nothing was done. No one apologized for this gross disrespect or followed up with me. I will never stay here again, and I will not recommend this place to anyone. It was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. Additionally, when I entered the room, the floor was so dirty that I had to go out and buy a cloth to clean it myself, and there were no slippers in the room. I booked a private room, but there was a stranger sitting on my balcony. A disgrace.
