Kosk Hotel in Antalya

I did book in the site ********** and I paid online, when I went to hotel I asked the employee of reception show me the room, she given me key for room third floor “ they don’t have lift “ then I looked to room, very very small as 10 square meters, but we were tired and accepted it Then she asked us money extra , i said her I paid to ********** already, she told it’s for Air condition! I said her already written that air condition including and anyway now in October we don’t need air condition, she told us or pay 5$ more or no room 😳 hotel is full 😶 how full and already 10 minutes ago show us room??? Anyway hotel in not clean street, very very small rooms, liars staff , I do not recommend

Bed bugs!
We stayed in 3 different rooms, since we were moved to another one after we complained. In all 3 of them we found bed bugs, speciay the ones on the first floor.

Good staff, Nice behavior.
No refrigerator, no blanket!
Not expensive but still price vice is high for less service...
Hope they get better...

Everything was bad from my arrival till my departure Avoid reserve this hotel bcz they will increase the price on ur arrival, they will give u an old small room other than u booked and when u refuse , they request extra charge. Bad manners the manager depressed me and gave me negative vibes.
Hotel run by a family (2 women and a young boy) the housekeeper is same the manager (no cleaning service in the room it s self service hotel but i saw the houskeeper when i receive our room she was preparing the room)

no cleaning service (u have to take and bring towels, clean by urself, no soap no shampoo)
- no hairdryer , no closet in the room
- increasing booking fees when u arrive and they refuse to cancel the room. Pay extra to stay!!! Or u will stay in an old small room with an old tv different than u booked!!
- There was an old building next to the hotel that was being demolished. They would wake you up at 8 a.m. with the sound of crushers and the shaking of the hotel, almost as if there was an earthquake.
I will tell u whats happened with us :
I agreed with the hotel to arrive early and check in at 11 am. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel manager received us with very bad manners and said that the room could not be received until 2 o’clock because this is the hotel’s system, and she began to speak in a very bad manners. At 12:30, she started smiling and changed her manners and said that she would give me the room within an hour, so I told her thank you. When I received the room, I received a room without a balcony and an oldTV ( reservation conditions: deluxe double room with balcony and tv), so I went back to the employee and told her, and she told me that this is the room that I had reserved. I told her : but I have the conditions and picturesof the room i reserved and she told me that the hotel is full, so I told her, “This is your fault, not mine.” After a long discussion and depression, i told her that i will tell to the booking everything, she gave me a second key and told me that she would pay the difference of price from her pension (even though it was not my fault). I told her okay. I went up to the room and found it was a quadruple, but it was not clean at all. In the evening, when I returned to the hotel, the employee (same the hotel owner) told me that I had to pay $40 for the price difference. I told her, “Why didn’t you tell me this before you gave me the room?” You told me that I had nothing to do with the price difference, because this problem was from the hotel and not from me. So she got angry and began to assume that I was responsible About everything that happened than I went to the room without any reaction. The second day she told me that she will change the room to a deluxe double room (that i already booked) and to pay 40$ then i paid to avoid depression . Since arriving at the hotel, I have been treated in a very bad manner since the reception, and I did not receive the reservation as written in my booking, so I requested a cancellation but she refused so I stayed in this hotel to not waste my money.

The place is dirty the reception lady is very rude. When ever we went to ask something she doesn't understand but it's coz of language barriers but if we try to show her what we want through Google translate then she will be like stay away don't come near as if we are bandits or beggars staying for free ... the room was smelling cigarettes and ashtrays full of cigarettes under bed and on balcony... bed sheet was yellowish and blanket smell like cigarettes....if there was -1 star i should give it -1.

No internet, in the morning lack of running water. Service doesn't speak English, mostly sleeping, very unhelpful. Hotel staff doesn't care about their clients, they promised to fix the internet the next day and did nothing about it.

There's no hot water and hotel rooms are very basic. If you're only spending the night it's fine to save a couple of bucks but if you want to be comfortable this is not the place. The family is always in the lobby using all the sofas as beds to watch TV, there's no space for guests since they kick you out. No internet in rooms.
