Great lively hostel in the okd town (kaleici). Friendly staff, great price and great location. Bar available and live music at times. Visited in low season. Highly recommended

🚨 WARNING: BED BUGS! 🚨 The place itself looks good on the outside as a “party hostel,” with good reggae music at nights but unfortunately, the management needs to do some seeeerious deep clean to welcome guests. The hostel toilet always stinks and I have never seen wooden planks on a shower partition before. It looks like it hasn’t been brushed for years and just makes it very unhygienic to step on it barefoot.

On top of that, the bed bugs situation hasn’t been fully resolved as it has been going on since June (from Hostelworld) and I stayed in August.

I hope the management has seriously resolved this problem. If you consider staying, please check the walls on the shared beds and your mattress as it has given me itches for more than a week now. Me and other guests had to leave in the middle of the night for this problem and I hope you won’t have to.

Stayed here a few times and really enjoyed it 😊 However, I had recently divorced from my Turkish lover (gay marriage), and had met a guy in my dorm and was caught making sweet love to him, what followed was shocking. The staff and owner threatened to hit me and I was made to leave immediately. Don’t go here if you’re gay! It may seem hippie; but they don’t really believe in love power; only hate it seems!

I adore my short staying in Roll Street Hostel in heart of kelici in Antalya on small feet walk to big park, adalar beach ,big bazar &old bazar .. the hostel itself with lovely garden decorated in very artistic … staff super sweet and helpful… I was so sick unfortunately but everyone was so kind 😍life music over night by almost great bands , they are work hard to keep hostel clean .. I would be back for sure if I choose to stay in hostel in Antalya …but on short notes the hostel need to update bathroom that’s too small ,,,place missed big mirror in hallway with lil sofa or coach for hostel guest in second floor …plus bunk bed need curtain and spot light 💡… other wise everything cool Thanks 😊 for making my stay easy

Role Street has a nice atmosphere in the garden - there is often live music and it is a place where you can relax with a beer.

The accommodation itself however is clearly old. We booked a 2 person private room. You could feel every spring in the mattress, one side of the mattress was sagged. Also, the sheets had numeral spots in them - they need a better washing or (even better) replacement.
We saw on google maps that breakfast was included. Arriving there that appeared not to be the case anymore. There isn’t even free tea or coffee.
There are numeral cats and dogs - they are super friendly. The super cute kitten running around was however clearly underfed and full of fleas. Would be good if they would take better care of all their animals. Not only their dogs.

The man running it is very friendly and helpful. The owner not so much.

Would not come back - only for a drink in the garden. But def not for sleeping.

Worst hostel ever. Please avoid this place if you can:
-weird stuff,
-dirty rooms and showers,
- a lot of annoying animals walking everywhere even in the rooms,
-no vibe,

We called the day before to book a private room and during the day of our arrival we confirmed three times that we were coming. We asked if we had to pay in advance and they said there was no need for that but on our way to the hostel they called and said that they gave our room to someone else. It was already late and we struggled a lot to find another place in our budget. Despite the fact that they put us in that situation they didn't help at all to find another place. Highly unprofessional.
