Where to stay in Demre

Grate hotel in fantastic place, very calm place, pools for children, slides, 50 m pool, very good food, 2 beach one with sand and public with stones. One word Prefect :)

I would say it's a 4-star resort not 5 because there's room for improvement regarding food and drinks and some minor things like asking for towels one day but overall it's very good. Nice place to visit in a very rustic style. I meant anything made from metal is here rusty. Room are nice but need strength of two men to open balcony door. To open shower door just one person needed :) Food is quite good and huge choice of meals can feed anyone.

It's very nice. I've been satisfied everything. Specifically one of them she, massage's manager, is very kind and warm. She suggested to me that I choose perfact option. I appriciate her and them. I hope to see you again, when I go there.

We only stayed briefly as we were enroute as part of Lycium Way Owner very friendly and a very tasty and substantial evening meal. Shower quite basic and extras such as water need to be paid for. No tea and coffee facilities in room.

This was our last night stay during our Lycian Way trip and by far the best. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Beautiful Turkish stone house built in 1912. Very warm and friendly service. Excellent traditional turkish cooking. A taxi ride for pickup and drop off to the Lycian way can be arranged via the hotel.

Arrived in Demre by night to realise the Airbnb we booked was squatted illegally and the second hotel was fully booked despite the payment went though. So we got redirected to winecity Hotel. Not the fanciest place but really appreciated the night staff who assisted us with everything. Thank you :)

The rooms are clean, but the windows let in all the sounds from the street, it's completely impossible to sleep. WiFi works tragically.

We found some water remainings on the toilet seat which probably stemmed from cleaning but were still disgusting. The same is true for the smell of the bathroom. Apart from that the room was clean. Staff was friendly but breakfast was disappointing after having gotten used to breakfast in nice family pensions.

Dufa bungalows are a fantastic fairytale place! with a rich, delicious Turkish breakfast, large clean rooms. With a friendly owner. There is a smaller Farm in the area 🤗 We can only recommend it, we will come back here anytime!!!! we love it!!!!!

Us two Aussies loved our stay here at Dufa Bungalow in Demre. Not only was it just a short stroll to the beach, restaurants and cafes, the rooms were spacious and clean and the included breakfast was generous and fresh. Not only is this a lovely place to stay — cozy rooms, great dinner, generous breakfast — the wonderful staff truly goes above and beyond. After I left my Kindle in the room, and we set out on foot for the bus station, a kind and thoughtful staff member *chased us down by motorcycle* to get it back to me. So grateful!!!

We are very satisfied with our experience at Dufa. It was far beyond our expectations!!! The facility looks exactly as it is in the photos. Very spacious room. We also loved the balcony. The room and facility are super comfy and extremely clean. The breakfast had a wide selection. Staff is super nice and helpful. The smell of the wood was amazing!!! This place is highly recommended!

Lovely comfortable bungalows near the beach. Great shower & upper terrace in a well made wooden structure. Very quiet to sleep at night in a natural setting. Best dinner in town: make sure you book a table! Great breakfast and above all extremely kind staff that helped us out during our holiday. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Istlada stone house, the view is absolutely stunning, Youssouf our host was charming, delightful, very implicated in our well-being, and the food delicious, I strongly recommend the grilled fish! We were wonderfully hosted by the owner, Mr. Yusuf, during our four-day stay at this apartment hotel. From the moment we booked the hotel until the last day of our stay, we experienced no shortcomings whatsoever. We found Mr. Yusuf and his son Umut to be very hospitable. Perfect place to stay. Am walking the Lycian way and needed a pick up from Karaoz and Yusuf came and got me (better value than a taxi and a lot easier to arrange). The room was the nicest I have stayed in during this hike with a very comfy bed. Dinner served on my private terrace was delicious. Views also amazing. Couldn’t recommend more highly

Very comfortable and beautiful place. We unfortunately could only stay one night, but could luckily enjoy the amazing breakfast on the balcony. The host is very kind and gave us some tips on what to do in the area which was much appreciated.

Nice and modern hotel near the beach in Beymelek/Demre. Adnan is a very nice guy and always helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was great! I can really recommend to stay there. But you should know, it's 3 km far from the center of Demre. Only some beach restaurants are near. The beach itself is nice but the beach restaurants with sun loungers and beach umbrellas are untidy. The hotel is very clean!

I stayed in Demyra on the first day of our roadtrip in Turkey. I am doing this review after the 7 days and, this was the best hotel I stayed at. The hotel room is spacious, clean and smells good.
