Istlada Tas Ev Apart in Demre

We had an amazing time at Istlada stone house, the view is absolutely stunning, Youssouf our host was charming, delightful, very implicated in our well-being, and the food delicious, I strongly recommend the grilled fish! We were there to celebrate new years as a very loud family of six, and Youssouf was still so wonderful! Thank you Youssouf, we will definitely come back soon😊

We were wonderfully hosted by the owner, Mr. Yusuf, during our four-day stay at this apartment hotel.
From the moment we booked the hotel until the last day of our stay, we experienced no shortcomings whatsoever. We found Mr. Yusuf and his son Umut to be very hospitable. This included the treats they served us in our room in the evenings. The service was superb, ranging from a fruit platter one evening to sweet desserts the next. The room we stayed in was very nice and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. As someone who frequently stays in hotels, I can confidently say that this is the cleanest apartment hotel I have ever encountered. The kitchen was outside, and there wasn't a speck of dust on the table, in the cupboards, or on the kitchen utensils inside the cupboards. The bathroom and toilet were equally spotless. If you want breakfast, it can be served in your room or in Mr. Yusuf's terrace. If I had to describe the breakfast in one word, I would say it was abundant. There are plenty of homemade olives, pastries, jams, and marmalades—whatever you desire. To put it bluntly, Mr. Yusuf first satisfies your eyes. I would choose this hotel again next time. I am grateful to Mr. Yusuf for his hospitality and the bag full of carobs.

Perfect place to stay. Am walking the Lycian way and needed a pick up from Karaoz and Yusuf came and got me (better value than a taxi and a lot easier to arrange). The room was the nicest I have stayed in during this hike with a very comfy bed. Dinner served on my private terrace was delicious. Views also amazing. Couldn’t recommend more highly

This place was a haven after the rugged reality of the Lycian way. Yusuf was so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and very comfortable. We had our meals delivered to our rooms with the four of us having dinner and breakfast on our private balcony.

I would have preferred chicken without bones for dinner but what we had was beautifully grilled and the whole meal was delicious.

My husband and I stayed at Yusuf’s for one night while hiking the Lycian Way. It was very clean, comfy, & just what we needed to relax. The balcony provided great views and a great hangout area. There’s an outdoor kitchen. The only bad part was not being able to stay longer. Yusuf was a wonderful host. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Note: the hotel is situated on a steep road and my husband and I did not have trouble walking up but people with limited mobility, it might be challenging.

Very comfortable and beautiful place. We unfortunately could only stay one night, but could luckily enjoy the amazing breakfast on the balcony. The host is very kind and gave us some tips on what to do in the area which was much appreciated.

There are hundreds of reasons to stay here, starting with Yusuf's wonderful hospitality and attentive support. As well as that, his breakfasts and dinners are incredible local produce; the view from the property is beautiful and the Lycian way is easily accessible for walking. Really special place

What an incredible and well equipped place. It is not only beautiful, but is immaculate. Josuf and his family are incredible, their hospitality was remarkable. Even though I passed on dinner, their son brought me some homemade Turkish dessert which was delicious They served an amazing and hearty breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea with coffee, fresh pastries, local bread, scrambled eggs, jam, walnuts, cheese, honey, olives and other things. There is a washing machine available for guests to use. There is a small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here for a holiday. The view from the balcony was stunning. Thank you Josuf and family for the wonderful hospitality and rest.

We were in the appartmen for 4 nights and it was wonderful. After long days visiting the historical areas and beaches around Demre, arriving in the appartment was always great. Clean, modern, very well decorated, and Yusuf and his family are very nice hosts! Dinner as breakfast were always delicious, definitely worth trying. The views from the terrace/balcony are amazing. It is a very enjoyable place!

Holidaying on the coast west of Antalya we found this really, really nice place, off the beaten track, in a great location, and with panoramic balcony views of the countryside and sea. Very well appointed and tasteful accommodation and spacious for a family too. Generous and tasty breakfasts. And the warmest hospitality you can imagine from proprietor Yusuf and family. My stay was incredible. Yusuf and his family are warm, kind, and welcoming people. The views are out of this world! I will sing praises of Istlada Tas Ev for many years to come.

It was clean, with a fully equipped room, wifi, kitchenette, and even your own private balcony which overlooks the coast.

Also — the food was delicious ;)
