The quality of the food and the taste not as expected for the price that they charge! For example, they use the same cheap type of one kind of fish and make different dishes with it but the fish itself is not tasty and god knows what it is!!

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly but discreet, hygiene is also good. Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world, I enjoyed every bite. Pools are clean, sefety too. A great hotel without being boring. A huge selection of food at the buffet. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is also a top priority. The entertainment staff are also very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

I Stay 8 nights on this hotel late in April 25 and was wonderful Stay. My propose was relax and see another culture than mine(portuguese). The weather was great, not too much heat but enough to get a sunburn. This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. This isn't my first time at this hotel. It's truly fantastic, conveniently located, with a large grounds featuring its own amphitheater, which hosts interesting shows almost daily, and a mini water park. The restaurant's menu is almost the same every day, but the selection is so vast that you can have a different meal every day. This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room. Reception tried to charge us 1100 euros to upgrade to a bigger room.  I do not believe we were provided with the room we paid for. Hotel is really nice, so nice that we didn’t leave on our 7day trip. Great food choice and quality, great staff that were really friendly. We have a baby and the high chairs throughout the hotel restaurant offering came with a bib, spoon, wet wipes and mat.. never seen that before, so helpful!! I stayed with my family in Ring Beach for a week. This holiday was amazing and wonderful for us. I was very satisfied with employee, service,food,room... Employees was friendly and smiling-face. Spent summer vacation for the last 8 years. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the beach, nice restaurants, shopping.
