The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money

Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket

On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

Hotel building & facilities a bit too old for 5 start hotel but with great hospitable personnel. Good for families with children. Consider you need to leave the hotel to go to the beach

Best entertainment, lot of games during day and shows in the evening. Entertainment crew is great, Mohamed is very funny and Amina is good trainer (dance and fitness). Rooms are cleaned every day, food is delicious

One of the highlights for me was definitely the animation team by the pool – they were absolutely fantastic! So funny, full of energy, and always coming up with creative games and activities

About 95% of tourists at the hotel are Russians. Other things we liked, especially the opportunity to watch the sunrise from the balcony (we took a room with a side sea view).

Kids' pools are located in a wider area designed for children. There are outdoor and indoor playgrounds in that area. Both of those were great and provided some variety of activities for our kids

Everything was clean, from our room to the restaurant to the pool areas. The room was good and big enough for the four of us. AC was working well and was able to cool the room quickly

They even had baby food in little jars (the one you can buy at supermarkets or pharmacies) so we were worry free. Waiters always brought clean baby seats with bibs and baby wipes

Came here for 3 days as needed to escape the disgusting hotel Greenwood Kemer resort, i knew it was Russian hotel so language barriers but i was pleasantly surprised by all there staff were amused as we were only Brits! But constantly saying “ west Ham “ and London and even the eastern europe guests made us feel welcome, rooms were cleaned everyday NO mouldy showers , basic but good no kettle didn...

They doing a nice job to make people interesting and not getting bored 🥰 Thanks for all and definitely I will come back 😍

There is a swimming pool for adults and children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free at the sea. The sea is pebbly, take coral rubber slippers for swimming. The staff is very polite and pleasant

The hotel met our wishes: the sea is close (about 200 m), the food is good, the rooms have everything. If you want, you can find minuses everywhere, but we did not look for them.
