The hotel is amazing, the food was enough, the location is also very good. The beach is excellent because it's very big and large. I highly recommend the hotel.

We have stayed at Mirada del Mar 28. We had amazing weather and our stay was perfect! We can only recommend this resort. It was very clean, the organization of the staff is spot on

We loved the big gardens, beautiful pools and the amazing food choice. Our 2yo loved the mini zoo, we visited it twice a day, also the playground and kids town

The pool area and beach were amazing, and the evening entertainment made our holiday even more enjoyable. We would love to come back again next year

The only downside was our room (1067) was above the kitchen and during dinner times the smell of cooking was strong, but we were outside all the time and it did not affect our time there

All the flowers are trimmed neatly, each tent is harmonious, and the location of all the activities does not contradict each other. What can I say about the animation. The most wonderful people you can meet

The rooms are very comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, and the side sea view from our 4th-floor room was very pleasant. For around €250/night, or €125 per person all-inclusive, it's really good value for money

Amenities-wise, the lounge chairs around the pool are great, and the waitresses on roller skates who bring the drinks add a unique and friendly touch. To order, you scan a QR code and place the drinks in the basket

On the other hand, we were a little disappointed by the food: several restaurants were closed, and only the Italian restaurant (reservations required) was open—full throughout our stay, so we couldn't enjoy it

The self-service canteen remained, decent but nothing special. The same goes for the sports bar, which was also closed. The gym could use some maintenance; several machines were out of order

The games room/bowling alley gave off a very strong musty odor, making the place impractical and unwelcome, and there are clearly repairs to be done in some areas

Great hotel all inclusive is definitely all inclusive. A few areas may need updating. Swimming pool is huge so plenty of room to swim. Indoor pool is great for a late afternoon swim and a Turkish bath

Lot of bars with international drinks and cocktails. Beach is 500m from the hotel and there is bar also

Hotel building & facilities a bit too old for 5 start hotel but with great hospitable personnel. Good for families with children. Consider you need to leave the hotel to go to the beach

Best entertainment, lot of games during day and shows in the evening. Entertainment crew is great, Mohamed is very funny and Amina is good trainer (dance and fitness). Rooms are cleaned every day, food is delicious

The smallest baby pool was under a sail shade, so we could use it even when the sun was too hot. Pool temperatures were between 26 and 30 degrees so they were really comfortable to use, even for our kids

Kids' pools are located in a wider area designed for children. There are outdoor and indoor playgrounds in that area. Both of those were great and provided some variety of activities for our kids

Everything was clean, from our room to the restaurant to the pool areas. The room was good and big enough for the four of us. AC was working well and was able to cool the room quickly

They even had baby food in little jars (the one you can buy at supermarkets or pharmacies) so we were worry free. Waiters always brought clean baby seats with bibs and baby wipes

There are three different pool areas, which were all good. We used the kids' pool area most. There are three different pools there, three big slides and two baby slides

The indoor playground is especially good and well-equipped. There are options for you to leave older kids there (older than 4 I think) and animators have different activities with them throughout the day

I loved this hotel - beautiful, with lovely pool, delicious food and attentive staff. The animation team is the best - the activities near the pool make the mood so much better :) And the entertainment is great

The food was absolutely amazing, the highest quality in every restaurant, we feel like the whole experience will be hard to match anywhere else! The room was always cleaned, there was no noise, we slept with the balcony door open. A small minus, many chairs by the pool were reserved early in the morning, but no one used them. The staff could limit such behavior

Their warmth and professionalism turn a beautiful resort into something genuinely special. Leaving is always the hardest part, but it’s made easier knowing we’ll be back to create even more memories

Came here for 3 days as needed to escape the disgusting hotel Greenwood Kemer resort, i knew it was Russian hotel so language barriers but i was pleasantly surprised by all there staff were amused as we were only Brits! But constantly saying “ west Ham “ and London and even the eastern europe guests made us feel welcome, rooms were cleaned everyday NO mouldy showers , basic but good no kettle didn...

They doing a nice job to make people interesting and not getting bored 🥰 Thanks for all and definitely I will come back 😍

There is a swimming pool for adults and children. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free at the sea. The sea is pebbly, take coral rubber slippers for swimming. The staff is very polite and pleasant

The hotel met our wishes: the sea is close (about 200 m), the food is good, the rooms have everything. If you want, you can find minuses everywhere, but we did not look for them.

However, after 10 minutes they brought out something resembling chocolate (they mixed cocoa with sugar), but did not mix it. Beach towels are not provided. But there are sun loungers with umbrellas

One of the highlights of my culinary journey was when the chef invited me to try a unique delicacy – “lamb spinal nerve”. It was an extraordinary gourmet discovery with an unforgettable taste
