Seven Seas Hotel Life - Ultra All Inclusive & Kids Concept in Goynuk

We've been staying at the Seven Seas Life Hotel since April 28, 2022. Everything was great, we're very happy with the staff, we were greeted warmly, the food was excellent, the entertainment was top-notch, the entertainment was well thought out, the cheerful, positive young people were energizing, and I'd especially like to mention Lisa, we enjoyed all the activities under her guidance!! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation.

My husband and I stayed at a wonderful hotel from May 9, 2022, to May 19, 2022. Excellent service, cheerful and sociable entertainment staff. The rooms are decent, everything is clean and works properly. The food is delicious, but due to recent events (COVID and military action), it is not very varied. There is chicken, turkey, white and red fish once a week, tuna once a week, beef and lamb only in the Turkish a la carte restaurant. The seafood that was available before 2020 (crayfish, shrimp, red fish, squid) was no longer available. Imported alcohol (Belantaize Whiskey, Red Label, etc.) was free and in sufficient quantity. But despite everything, we were satisfied with our vacation. The hotel is wonderful, the sea is superb, the nature is amazing, the mountains, pine trees... We recommend the hotel. We will definitely come again.

We had an amazing time here traveling as a family of 4 with two little children (1 and 3 years old). We were amazed at how kid friendly this place is, even for our baby.
Everything was clean, from our room to the restaurant to the pool areas. The room was good and big enough for the four of us. AC was working well and was able to cool the room quickly. Food was good and there was some variety during our 10-day stay. There was always a choice of different meats, vegetables, pastries, fish prepared in western style and always accompanied by some local dishes for people to try out. The most amazing thing for us was the selection of food for kids. There was an entire section with 6-10 different dishes which was appropriate for our 1 year old. They even had baby food in little jars (the one you can buy at supermarkets or pharmacies) so we were worry free. Waiters always brought clean baby seats with bibs and baby wipes.
There are three different pool areas, which were all good. We used the kids' pool area most. There are three different pools there, three big slides and two baby slides. The smallest baby pool was under a sail shade, so we could use it even when the sun was too hot. Pool temperatures were between 26 and 30 degrees so they were really comfortable to use, even for our kids.
Kids' pools are located in a wider area designed for children. There are outdoor and indoor playgrounds in that area. Both of those were great and provided some variety of activities for our kids. The indoor playground is especially good and well-equipped. There are options for you to leave older kids there (older than 4 I think) and animators have different activities with them throughout the day. Also in this area is the theater, where we went for some shows and mini disco almost every night. The shows were too late in the evening so they aren't suited for kids that go to bed early. We were worried about parties keeping us up at night as we read that this is a common problem in Turkey. This wasn't the case here. There were parties, but they would end by midnight, I think, and they were not near the main building, and we couldn't hear anything with our windows closed.
The beach was very clean. No smoking allowed. There are different areas reserved for adults (18+) and people with small kids, which is great. The beach is sandy in the upper part, but when you come near water and into it, it becomes rocky. It is not the most pleasant thing going into water, as your legs can get bashed with these rocks. This is basically the only negative of this place for us. The water at the beach was crystal clear and clean, but a bit cold for the kids. (we were there in the second half of June)
Staff were great. All the customer facing staff spoke English well enough. They were all very pleasant and attentive. They weren't pushy to sell us anything or asking for tips. They were just doing their job and doing it well.
The hotel complex is also very beautiful with lots of green areas where kids can run and play. It is also surrounded by pine forests, so the temperatures are really pleasant.
All in all, when we return to Kemer, we're not looking any further than this place. It is AMAZING!

Amazing facilities and super friendly staff. The food was really good with lots of variety and everything you could wish for.

Our family had a holiday in this amazing hotel. Everything was very good: animation group (darts, yoga, Pilates, bingo, evening shows), clean pool, beach and territory, a lot of kind of food. We are happy to stay and had a rest. We have a plan to come back next year.

Great hotel! From the reception to the animation team, everyone welcomes you and makes sure you have a great time. The food and drinks are very good quality, there are activities all day long, and the music by the pool is chill and relaxing.

A small gem on the coast of Goynuk. Very comfortable. They welcome you like good friends. The staff is friendly. Several hotel facilities are constantly being renovated. It feels like a long, relaxing vacation!

This hotel was fantastic! Lovely staff, wide variety of food and lots to do! Definitely a 5 star hotel. The hotel reps were brilliant too. The room was huge and cleaned perfectly. Couldn’t have been a better holiday. 10/10 recommend!
