Excellent boutique hotel in Mediterranean coast. Totally worth your money. No complains at all. You are always alone here but whenever you need something someone with you. Its unbelievable that how they run such a cozy restaurant with 16 rooms. You must have a dinner with the beautiful sunset. You pay 30-40 euro for two. Its obvious that they are working all the time to improve their services.

The cleanliness, location, and breakfast were great. The only thing you can't reach is anyone in management. They never answer the number, so just tell them what you want when you check in, or you won't get it again.

We have stayed 2 times so far, the jacuzzi room is very nice, there is peace and quiet. Breakfast is excellent, cleanliness is very good. When my 11-year-old daughter came to Kaş, she started to say, 'I will not stay in another hotel.

Nice little quiet spot with a great host.

This cozy place has stole my heart literally, the rooms were very clean and have a wonderful design. And each room has a small cozy balcony. Bathrooms were very clean. And the Turkish breakfast was incredibly amazing. It was a great experience and i will go back for sure. Highly recommended.

A Real Gem Merve & Bariş have created a lovely pansiyon in the heart of Kaş. The room we stayed in was large and airy with great views from the huge windows and adjoining balcony. Amazing place to stay. After travelling around turkey which can be quite frantic and busy in the tourist areas, it was incredible to unwind for a few nights up in the hills. We have stayed at Su Butik hotel for 3+1 nights in august, with my wife and 2 year old son and i can only reccommend it by heart! Room/hotel: We had the rooftop room with hot tub. This is the best hotel to stay in Kaş. İt's located in the beautiful Hidayet Bay, it has a cozy and comfy beach with lounges. The sea is crystal clear. The breakfast is good, the room is relax. The rooms have solid soaps, would be good to have liquid soaps :)

Second time in Kas and Blanca Beach is still our favorite spot to swim and relax. Best hours from 9 to 12, after this time there is a very loud club and dance music and this is just one minus for us. The beach is amazing, it's located on the peninsula 85tl(July 2022) by cab from anywhere in Kaş, there are minibuses that brings you there as well for 12 tl per person from town center bus stop which is close to belediye (municipality) building. The service is not that friendly compared to other places in Kaş, but still ok overall. Prices are a bit high but I think it's to keep customer's profile....

I am disappointed of the  over all management of the beach club this year. It should have been better.   Taste and presentation of food is very poor. Portions are very small. Beach itself is good bit over crowded. Over all the service is not as good as we have been having in last couple of years Cocktails are still good. I recommend you to try strawberry daiquiri...

Everytime we come to Kas, we always prefer here for the sea and peace. It is a clean place with good food and refreshment options. Do not expect a beach but amazing sea.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we used the sun loungers for the day. The deck is lovely and they have nice loungers and a great view. The service and the food were lacking at best. Our family of 4 including 2 adults and 2 daughters ages 12 & 14 loved our stay at the Seaview. Kas is so chill and laid back, and the hotel is a perfect location. Views from our 2 rooms were amazing overlooking the blue sea, and the beach club is a great vibe and a jump into the sea is refreshing. Lastly, the staff is fabulous. Friendly and giving people who helped us feel very welcome.

We only visited the beach club, but it was fantastic! They provided you with a towel, their loungers were very comfortable, their service was top class and their coctails were phenomenal minimum spend of 150TL per person was well worth it! Will definitely be going back!

Went for a one night with 3 other members of family from Konalyti. Great stay, allowed early check in. Had washing machine for clothes and was a good location into the old town. The old town and main bars and restaurants were about a 5/7 min walk away.

We had a great stay in Kaş. The apartment was very nice for 4 people and had everything needed in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the building. The manager was very responsive and addressed some concerns we had very quickly and was very nice about it.

The room I was given was not very similar to the pictures, and I felt like I was staying in a rental house. . Facilities, sanitation, wifi is not available It's quite close to the town center.

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23.00 it is quiet. The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family room is on the top floor. You need to climb three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so people with weak legs and feet need to consider it seriously.

Very cozy hotel, polite and friendly staff. Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Nearby are several chain grocery stores BIM, SOK. Since we got up early, we cooked our own breakfasts in the kitchen, which also turned out to be very convenient.

It was quite quiet in the winter, except for the sounds from the kitchen – the cook arrives promptly at 7:30, and you can hear the clatter of dishes, perhaps chairs, and other things. There is a bar downstairs which is very noisy. The price is too expensive for an ordinary homestay in China, and the hygiene and bedding are average. The soundproofing is also very poor and you can hear the noise from the rooms above. It's not worth the price at all.

The most satisfying accommodation on this trip to Turkey, only suitable for self-driving, on the mountain in Kaş town, with a beautiful sea view, a swimming pool, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with basically everything. The location and views are amazing. The owner of the villa is a very positive woman. The room is cozy, warm, spacious, has everything you need.
