Overall, we liked everything. It's worth noting that the hotel is fairly budget-friendly; five nights cost around 21,000 rubles, which is not bad.
What we liked: the hotel is clean, everything is neat, and the rooms are large. The breakfast is quite good, and you can definitely find something to eat. We enjoyed the breakfast.
There was no view, just a wall. But we had a classic room.
What we didn't like: it was very noisy, and you could hear everything going on in the neighboring houses and in the houses of guests living nearby. Also, in the neighboring building, which had windows facing each other, some washing machines and the like were often running, which also made noise.

Also, we were there in early November, which is off-season. There were very few guests at the hotel. However, we weren't allowed to check out later (the young man with dark hair at the reception said we could check out an hour later at most, meaning not 11, but 12). I don't understand this approach.

Perfect location of Kas, u can walk to the beach in 2 mins. The room is clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The cat there is a highlight!!!! Super cute!

High cost performance, very close to the beach, a few hundred meters from the ancient theater, parking is available at the door, and the front desk guy like Depp took the initiative to help carry the luggage up and down. The room was cleaned every day.

The most memorable thing was taking a half-day walk with the dog downstairs. He also went to the beach and pier in the distance. The hotel itself is a very simple accommodation.

Great environment, great service, good breakfast

The hotel is located near the sea. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the town square, and 10 minutes to walk in the opposite direction to the ancient theater. You can see the sea from the window (but there is a building in front of it). The interior furnishings are clean and retro, and the small balcony is very popular. It is very pleasant to drink black tea in the evening with the sea breeze. There is enough hot water for bathing, and the water flow is also strong. The only thing I care about is that the ventilation window in the bathroom can clearly hear the voices of other residents talking in the bathroom 😂 Other than that, it is still good. A cozy hotel in the very center of the city, the rooms are clean, there is everything for convenience, the terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, the breakfasts are delicious, hearty, with a large selection of cheese, jam, vegetables and herbs.

The hotel is located near the old city and is about a 5-minute walk from it,,on the roof, you can see sea .The staff is kind and caring, especially Joseph.
If you drive a car there , there is free parking.
