Went for a one night with 3 other members of family from Konalyti. Great stay, allowed early check in. Had washing machine for clothes and was a good location into the old town. The old town and main bars and restaurants were about a 5/7 min walk away.

Really nice and clean accommodation perfect for families visiting Kas for a couple of days. We stayed here for 6 days with our 19 month old baby, room is complete with kitchenware, washer, a big fridge, hair dryer... basically everything you'll need. Location is not too bad, walking distance from the stores, bus terminal, and old town. All in all a great experience for us. Communication is great as well.

We had a great stay in Kaş. The apartment was very nice for 4 people and had everything needed in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the building. The manager was very responsive and addressed some concerns we had very quickly and was very nice about it.

Nice place if you’re staying in Kas for more than a day. Air conditioning in each room. Great WiFi. Location also ok. Few minutes to the town centre but it is a steep road. Plenty of parking outside. Mattresses are feel luxurious and also memory foam pillows are a great addition.There is of course some room for improvement but I found this place a great value for what you get! Enjoyed it very much.

We stayed here for three nights during March. The apartment was spacious and had a proper kitchen and a gas stovetop. The view from the balcony on level 3 was good if a little obscured by a building across the road. I’m sure higher floors had better views. There was air conditioning in all the rooms and it was very clean on arrival. The included washing machine was welcome after a week and a half of travel. One issue was that the TV had no channels (probably an issue with the antenna or cable). The location was about a five minute walk to the town centre. Parking was available out front, but I’m not sure how easy it would be to park during the peak season.

Very unpleasant room. The kitchen was dirty, it was not possible to use the kettle, as it was disgusting.
We couldn’t sleep on our pillows, as it was full of small lumps.
Rooms don’t match the photos at all!!! Everything was quite battered. Web on the ceiling, very dirty lamps. (The light was much darker bc of it). There were problems with electricity also.
Seems like they didn’t change the sheet before new guests, as it smelled and felt used.
Perhaps, the quality of rooms on the top are better. But if everything is booked, do not waste your money and take the last room on the first floor with “view on the garden”.

The hotel is located before the start of a steep climb, is in an average position between the city and hotels on a hill. It takes 10 minutes to get up from the city, you get used to it quickly.
Other variants of this price category were on much steeper elevations.
The room was nice, each room has air conditioning, good sound insulation, which was convenient for work calls.
There were problems with the Internet, so we went to work in a coworking. The owner quickly adjusted something, the quality of the Internet became much better, but the calls were still carried out from the mobile Internet.
Overall, a very good option. From the balcony there was a view of the mountains and the sea.
