Where to stay in Kas

We stayed here from 20 to 21 July 2025. Very cool hotel, has everything you need. Amazing view of the mountains! I recommend!!!

The hotel is not located on the shore itself, but in general the location is not bad — the town is tiny, so everything is close everywhere. Pros: Good location, a few minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The area is okay. Incomprehensibly, there was no hot water, and when I checked out the next day, the front desk said there was an electrical problem. However, no one told me when I checked in, and no one asked me if there was no hot water... I can only say that the service was poor.

Nice clean property with lovely staff. Inside the hotel the sound carries so if people come in late after a few drinks it wakes you up and we unfortunately had a big group of uni students. Beds are very firm.

The location is convenient and quiet, the cleanliness is excellent, the room is spacious, and the front desk staff is attentive and patient. Breakfast has a wide variety of options, with fresh fruits and vegetables. Excellent value for money, highly recommended. Staff is very nice and helpful. They gave us better room for the same value. We appreciate it. It is well located in peaceful Yarimada. The hotel is a little bit unpractical - missing plugs and has small flaws like a non functional A/C). Plus the breakfast is little small. But overall the hotel is nice with nice view and cool pool.

The staff were very nice, beautiful service. We had a nice stay, I just thought it was too expensive for what it gave us, no water boiler in the room so we couldn't make our own tea and coffee, I liked the breakfast.

It was quite quiet in the winter, except for the sounds from the kitchen – the cook arrives promptly at 7:30, and you can hear the clatter of dishes, perhaps chairs, and other things. There is a bar downstairs which is very noisy. The price is too expensive for an ordinary homestay in China, and the hygiene and bedding are average. The soundproofing is also very poor and you can hear the noise from the rooms above. It's not worth the price at all.

The room I was given was not very similar to the pictures, and I felt like I was staying in a rental house. . Facilities, sanitation, wifi is not available It's quite close to the town center.

The hotel is in the very center of Kas. Within a radius of 100 meters all the shops and cafes. But, the hotel is in a quiet street, because of this the noise of the streets and cafes is not heard, at least from 23.00 it is quiet. The furniture in the hotel is new, clean, but to maintain daily cleanliness in the room - you need to remind the staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The family room is on the top floor. You need to climb three flights of stairs and there is no elevator, so people with weak legs and feet need to consider it seriously.

Very comfortable and cost-effective

The most satisfying accommodation on this trip to Turkey, only suitable for self-driving, on the mountain in Kaş town, with a beautiful sea view, a swimming pool, a large living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with basically everything. Turkish food is too bad, so it’s really nice to buy some food at the supermarket and cook it yourself. Bring more seasonings from China. The room is very clean....

The location and views are amazing. The owner of the villa is a very positive woman. The room is cozy, warm, spacious, has everything you need. There are several relaxation areas around the pool, the pool is clean even in the off-season. Of the minuses - the door to the room did not lock, but perhaps I did not understand. The house is built on the top of a mountain. It has two bedrooms and one living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom and washing machine are satisfactory. It is clean. Wonderful apartment with s awesome sea views. The apartment looks exactly like in the photo and video, everything is new and working properly. Absolutely worth the money. They are located high, so you should use a car or scooter; there is a highway very close along which makes it easy to get to any area. The center of Kas is 5 minutes by car. The apartment was spacious and lovely with amazing views across the sea. It was bright and clean and comfortable. Great size for small group of friends or a large family. The apartment was well equipment and had good utensils. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Hope to visit again.! As for Kaş it's a beautiful town.

The host, Hakan Bey, is a very attentive person. He was extremely helpful. The house was spotless, very well-maintained, and the views from the balconies were beautiful. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. This number can increase if the living room is also used. I definitely recommend it.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at the Carruba Boutique Hotel in August 2025. The hotel itself is very clean, modern, well-decorated and charming, and our room was spacious with a lovely balcony. It is also in a great location to walk to Kaş town (10mins) and the Little Pebble Beach (10mins), and we also visited lots of other beautiful beaches very easily from there. We stayed at this lovely hotel with 3 people for just 1 night and we absolutely loved everything! I stayed at Cinar Apart with my family and we all loved the apartment. Rooms were spacious and we had AC in each room. Plus the kitchen was fully equipped. If I go to Kas again I’d love to stay at Cinar Apart. I would definitely recommend ♥️

Lovely apartments 2 minutes walk from the sea front and 5 minutes from the town square. Fully equipped with amenities and cutlery etc. Very clean and with housekeeping every 2 days or whenever you ask for it. The owners are very helpful and will book taxis or airport transfers. Definitely worth every penny. Ask for a sea view and stay in Kas at least a week to enjoy all it has to offer.

Excellent central location, with a nice spacious, clean room. The staff were very welcoming and even gave me a cake on my birthday. Many restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the beautiful amphitheater I’d recommend this hotel to anyone but especially couples.

Stayed one night with family and enjoyed. The only uncomfortability as we had the room at the roof and we should always lower the head when moving. But staff and service is wonderful. I recommend to book this hotel.

Very cozy hotel, polite and friendly staff. Located 5 minutes walk from the bus station. Nearby are several chain grocery stores BIM, SOK. Since we got up early, we cooked our own breakfasts in the kitchen, which also turned out to be very convenient.

Went for a one night with 3 other members of family from Konalyti. Great stay, allowed early check in. Had washing machine for clothes and was a good location into the old town. The old town and main bars and restaurants were about a 5/7 min walk away.

Really nice and clean accommodation perfect for families visiting Kas for a couple of days. We stayed here for 6 days with our 19 month old baby, room is complete with kitchenware, washer, a big fridge, hair dryer... basically everything you'll need. We had a great stay in Kaş. The apartment was very nice for 4 people and had everything needed in the kitchen and laundry. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Everything is walking distance from the building. The manager was very responsive and addressed some concerns we had very quickly and was very nice about it.

The location of the place is near the city center. However, the bathroom is narrow and the design of the bathrooms and the rooms are old fashioned. You might defend it by saying you get what you pay for but...I say no.

The room is not big and a little hard to find

You’re essentially paying for the experience at Elite Tree House, staying by the ocean of the Mediterranean Sea.  You will need transport to and from the hotel, we drove so that’s no problem! Great service by the restaurant and the strong bell boy! Many stairs down to the bottom where the restaurant and pool is.  Restaurant staff were attentive, but food was not excellent You gotta have a brave heart...

This hotel is really beautiful, and the breakfast area is very large. There are many different types of breakfast to choose from. The outdoor location allows you to dine while looking at the sea. It is really a great enjoyment in life.

The hotel is located in a remote location, a 10-minute drive from the town of Kas (taxi 300 lira), but the entire hotel looks out to the sea, making it a first-class vacation!
