They tried to overcharge me on the advertised price. Online it says “breakfast included” but when I arrived they wanted to charge extra. I’m sorry but the service was dishonest.

This hotel is not a hotel as they showed in the pictures it’s a rundown hotel don’t ever go here and they have this guy who call himself Mard he is so rude don’t go if you can stay on street but not this hotel.

- Dirty bed-clothes. Especially the duvet cover, it was with someones snots. I asked about changing it and after administrator brought me another duvet with cover, but I'm really not sure that nobody used it before. So it was unpleasant. But the good news that I've been there just 2 nights. Breakfast not included. Bathroom is very narrow, old qnd not very clean. The bin was with the ash of cigarettes after previous guest. The smell of cigarettes.

Not recommended. Not sure how this hotel became 3-star. Breakfast was terrible (not to mention we paid additional fees for the breakfast to be included), room was dirty, has AC but no remote (room temp was fine without AC), has a free WiFi but barely does anything due to poor connection.

No Spa, No breakfast, poor service, poor behavior of the owners.
Just find another place really.

One of the worst hotels i have been to. The "breakfast" was bad, the service was alright but the room was dirty and not clean at all. This is a hotel that can't be rekomended to anyone unfortunately.

Konya hotels in general are modest & cheap, but this hotel provides good breakfast and customer service, plus the location is great near to train & bus station.

The Mevlana Sems Hotel was a very good and strategic place to stay in Konya, it is in front of Sems the Tabriz Tomb, which make me feel privileged to be there. The personal is so gentle, Mohamed who is the one in charge, is very nice with everyone, the price and the room are very acceptable and clean. Definitely a place to be connected near by with all the important locations around, as Mevlana Rumi tomb.

An excellent hotel. Good location, everything in Konya near from this place. Food was good. Staff are very welcoming. Right in front of this hotel is a garden with Shems Tebrizi mosque.

Went to Konya in search of Mevlana Rumi's legacy, one of my long cherished destinations. And choosing this hotel was a blessing, named after both Mevlana and his guru Shems Tebriz. In no uncertain terms, I recommend this hotel. Right in front of the hotel, Tebrizi tomb and mosque, and Rumi's Museum that contains his tomb is a 8 min walk distance. Great breakfast!

BED BUGS in the room and smells smoke. When we asked for non smoking room, we were told everybody smoke and we don’t have non smoking room. When we left the hotel, my skin started itching and getting swollen red dots. I will NOT recommend staying in Baykara hotel in Konya unless the issues are solved and they put new mattresses, beds, and towels there. We both have a lot of red spot in our bodies and are very irritated.

We arrived late had some issue with checking ins. But overall the staff turned out to be taken care of everything. We had a pleasant stay and breakfast was great.
