Quite satisfactory hotel

The staff and management was very nice and supportive. We had complaints about our rooms on the lower floors. They listened to our concerns very calmly and changed the rooms immediately. Upper floor rooms are way better. Overall, they're cooperative and kind towards their guests.

Very good hotel, clean, friendly staff. However, the spa was under renovation, which was not indicated on the site at the time of booking!

It's a business hotel. The first room I was given the air con leaked, they changed another one to me quickly which was fine.

Great hotel. Nice and cozy. Near to city center with hospitable staff. No need to mention it's delicious breakfast. Also nice live musical entertainment at night. I enjoyed every moment of my stay. Thanks!

Black mirrors! Makes me think they are 2 way mirrors. I hope not. They are barely useful as mirrors though. Walls are a little thin. You can hear some nose from the neighbors. Breakfast buffet is good.
