The hotel room is great. We have a clean space. The dinner dish is normal, nothing special. Banu is a kindly and friendly waitress leader. We got a lot of useful suggestions.

On the last day before going, I went down to the pool at 10 am and was told it was being cleaned but unfortunately I couldn't go in. I wish it was cleaned at different times. I hadn't gone in the evening before that thinking I would go to the swimming pool in the morning before going but that wasn't the case. The food, room and view were nice.

The room is quite big, built in 2016 and feels old. The waiter's English is not very good. I wanted a towel, but they sent me a pillow. The gym is the biggest complaint, there are only treadmills and bicycles, not even dumbbells.

There are not many good hotels in Konya. This one is good, but also old. The restaurant on the top floor is good and the environment is good, but unfortunately I didn't eat there.

Excellent suite with panoramic view, food on the top floor came with great service, a lot of variety at breakfast, and swimming pools for both women and men/women were well-maintained and comfortable. A five-star experience.

The "suite" option has two rooms and accommodates a family of four. However, the sofa bed is far from comfy. Breakfast: machine coffee is instant, sausages impalatable, but scrambled egg are great. We really appreciated the welcome and help from Oktay at the hôtel welcome And with our bags and answering our questions when we arrived ,as we did not speak Turkish and needed help to go to a market. Absolutely 5* because of Eslem. Not only she accommodated us with an extra bed inside room for kids, she was super professional and absolutely pleasant to deal with. The rooms were good and adequately spacious. I enjoyed the fact that the shower was separate from the toilet, but I found it odd that there was no soundproofing. Loved my spacious, modern bedroom and the hotel has lovely decor. The food was very good too but the highlight for me was the massage in the spa. I had the Altin (gold) massage with rose essential oil and it was the best massage I have ever had. If you stay in this hotel, I highly recommend a visit to the spa, lots of different experiences on offer, absolutely excellent! 10/10

The room was decent and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent, close to a nice shopping area. However, the bed was not comfortable and there were no laundry facilities available.

The environment is very good. The service is even better. The lady boss enthusiastically took me to exchange money, which saved me from the embarrassment of taxis that only accept cash. There are people nearby who come to travel and see hot air balloons. The restaurant environment of the hotel is also good👌

The front desk service attitude is very good, actively carrying luggage and connecting to WiFi. The room is large and has a separate work desk and chair. The breakfast is a buffet, colorful and with many choices.

The room is large and has a big round bed. It's neat and clean. There's a buffet breakfast with a lot of quality. It's overall pretty good. The front desk of the hotel will also help call a taxi. Otherwise, taxis can't be found in the area. And it's not in the city center. There's a light rail nearby.

The whole decoration is like a museum. The room is relatively clean. The breakfast is quite satisfactory. It is very close to the nearby mosque, about 20 minutes' walk. However, there are not many restaurants nearby. You can only take a taxi for transportation.

The parking lot is an open space in front of the hotel, directly across the road from the two buildings, which can accommodate about 7-8 cars. When we left in the morning, the parking lot was full.

The hotel where I stopped before heading to Cappadocia was originally a museum, so the style is quite unique. The staff are very enthusiastic, the hotel is clean and tidy. I think it is a great value for the price.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were really kind and helpful. The Turkish Bath and the Sauna in the Hotel were a nice addition to our stay. There was a large variety of options for Breakfast. The only drawback was that the room didn't have any kitchenware despite having a dinner table. Some of the employees are rude. There is no interest in the customer in terms of carrying the luggage. They give you the key and you have to search for the room by yourself while carrying your luggage.

The staff doesn't speak English. The pool is closed therefore description on the website says there is a pool. The bars are closed. The tap of the shower was blocked. We call a technician who finally changed the shower head. The toilet seat down is broken and the enamel inside the toilet is cracked. The bathtub is stained. Fridge doesn't work well. Let check the "American bar", hoping it's not closed...
