Amazing service people beautiful place to stay I love it
It is neglected but I cannot say dirty. Prices were very low, but the food was good. Entertainment was also good. The place where the architecture is wonderful is a must-see.

We visited Mardin for the weekend and spend the night here. The location is at the centre of old town. 100% recommended. The staff is kind and helpful. We booked a standard small room and were fine with it. AC, minibar, clean and shower. The view is amazing, better than the cafes. All recommendations
Lovely room with great view and comfortable. Unfortunately cleaning staff threw out my new face washer and then denied seeing it and management just said sorry so not much customer support. Don't leave things out because they might throw them away. Great location and magnificent views. Management seem to be a bit unconcerned about customer satisfaction.
The staff of the hotel found a room for me at the very last moment, when I was looking for a replacement solution for the room I booked in another hotel, that was not satisfactory. They showed me a large nice room, with a balcony overlooking Mardin valley, kept it until the coming day and even refused I leave a deposit. To be fair, for the endless views of Mesopothamia from the Terrace - the location of this hotel is 5 star. You can stand or sit on the ledge to enjoy the views , but don't expect a chair and/or beverage service. This hotel's facade is misleading to the wonderful views hidden on the backside. Absolutely very high quaility standards. Especially best sleep quaily. Amazing view. Great housekeeping and staff. Breakfast should be improved just a little bit.
