A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). I booked this hotel because it was saying on booking that it has private parking but once we got in there, we have been told that there is no parking available in all city, which was a lie because last year we stayed in other hotel not far from this one and they had private parking. The hotel is what you pay for in rest, it could use some fixing as the rooms looked old and not looked after.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. I reserved in this hotel thinking it would be nice to stay in an historical location. Going up to the hotel was very difficult and we had to take very unkempt broken steps. Room lighting was bad, rest room and the shower were inside the room as if you’re in prison. Shower was awful and there was no TV. I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay there. Only good think about the hotel was the staff.
