Turabdin Hotel in Midyat

I had an excellent stay at Turabdin Hotel in Midyat. The hotel is proudly owned by the Syriac people, which brings an authentic cultural touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. Parking was easy and convenient, making the stay stress-free.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-kept, providing the perfect environment to relax. The staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive, always ensuring guests feel cared for. A special thank you to the owner, Ediba, whose dedication and hospitality went above and beyond expectations.

I will absolutely return to Turabdin Hotel on future trips to Midyat and highly recommend it to family and friends.

We stayed at Hotel Turabdin and it was an excellent choice. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was spotless, and the sheets were clean and fresh.

What truly stands out is the service: the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help.

Additionally, the location is ideal for exploring Midyat on foot, as it's close to the main historical sites and the old town center. Without a doubt, it's a place where traditional hospitality meets modern comfort.

Very nice place to stay. The owner and her staff are very friendly and doing their best for you. The location is perfect. It's just outside the noice city.
With a nice view ( old city on one side and the beautiful monastery on the other side). We walked every evening to the old city and enjoyed the beautiful
view of the old buildings and the nice atmosphere in the old city. My wife and kids loved it also. Thanks Tur Abdin team for everything. It was a pleasure to stay in your hotel.

One morning, despite being quite late for breakfast, she graciously prepared a beautiful meal for us without hesitation. This kind of attentiveness and kindness is rare and deeply appreciated.

One of the highlights was the delightful company of the cats around the property. It’s evident that they’re cared for with love, adding to the harmonious energy of the place.

The staff deserves a special mention as well—they were consistently kind and accommodating. One evening, they started a cozy fire outdoors, allowing us to sit back and savor Dara, their exquisite house-made red wine. Without exaggeration, it was one of the best wines I’ve ever had, complementing the peaceful ambiance perfectly.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and its location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area while still feeling like a secluded retreat.

Turabdin sits between beautiful farmland and an Assyrian monastery. It's run by a extremely kind Assyrian family who went to great lengths to help us experience their culture in its homeland, the Turabdin region of southern Turkey. Please visit this place
