Very comfortable room. However, when I tried to plug in my charger in the socket behind the TV cabinet, I noticed lots of dust, debris, plastic wraps from chocolates and waste papers left there unchecked. The stay however was very pleasant. I stayed only for one night since I had some business to take care of. Very close to corniche if you would like to go for an evening walk or something.

It’s a great place to stay, great buffet breakfast (very busy at weekends), decent pool, private beach and plenty of restaurants and bars - it’s also central in Tourist Club area (Al Zahiya) so Abu Dhabi Mall is a few minutes walk and Galleria Mall about 10 minutes. Hard to fault really; I’m a regular guest here. It is more costly than some other hotels but the quality is worth paying for.

The hotel is looking a little bit dated and needs some investment and upgrades. Bedding is not up to usual standards for Sheraton, and in fact hotel is no longer part of the marriott bonvoy system, so no privileges. Rooms are spacious, but there was no desk in my room for working with laptop and bathroom a little small. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited.

The room facilities were so-so, but it was clean enough. The main advantage is its proximity to the airport. Although the shuttle bus was a bit old, it was incredibly convenient. We arrived in the early morning and saw the shuttle right outside, and it took us to the hotel very quickly. It's a good option for a short layover, but be aware that it's quite far from the city center.

A nice accommodation even if it was a last minute booking. The hotel offered bus pick-up/drop-off. Please be advice that the bus don’t have separate compartment for luggage- so you’ll have to squeeze the luggage in the bus seats. The driver was helpful, and its a quick ride- so not much issue.

I recently visited Al Ain Rotana to celebrate World Pharmacist Day with my colleagues. The hotel provided an excellent atmosphere for the event, with neat and clean surroundings. The arrangements for the sessions and classes were well-organized, and the overall environment was comfortable and welcoming. A really good place for professional gatherings and celebrations.

We had a great time with the whole family with a lot of activities to do in the hotel, the kids enjoyed the pool so much. Thank you to Jesse and the whole hotel staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely coming back.

I had a great stay at the hotel – everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. What really stood out though was the service. I especially want to mention one of the waiters Obada who was fantastic. He was warm and professional and made us feel genuinely welcome every time we came to eat. He always checked in to see if we needed anything and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Our room was right next to the elevator, and there was a loud party downstairs every night. The hygiene and overall room environment were also pretty subpar... While the room was slightly bigger than your average budget hotel, everything else was definitely on par with one.

Honestly, it was pretty mediocre, except for the sea view. The room facilities were very old, and the soundproofing was terrible. The cleanliness felt just okay too; housekeeping just smoothed out the sheets every day. Overall, I found it quite ordinary and definitely not worth 1,000 yuan a night.

The hotel room overlooked the villa area, offering a fantastic and expansive view. The club lounge was also excellent, helping to solve some of our meal needs.
