The rooms are clean and perfect. Staffs are so professional. We are satisfied with their services and it's worth every penny. Just that parking isn't available, will have to use paid parking. But paid parking is available near by as well.

We had to change rooms 3 times during our stay. The hotel was almost falling to pieces where many things struggled to work. There was no cold water in the first room then the second room's drain exhibited a clicking sound the whole night which was loud and disturbing. The hotel is located at very convenient location next to shops and restaurants. The food is amazing and affordable but the non smoking rooms are terrible . There is no hot water in the shower and even after requesting multiple times the issue was not resolved . The issues is already known to the management which i found later in another review . So I would not recommend this hotel .

Friendly responsive staff! Love the quiet gym on level 1, and the well-decorated lobby. The staff are helpful in replacing our bath towels and getting additional bottles of water on a hot day. Grocery store and gas station were close by. Room was clean. I was able to have an iron and ironing board. Room had cigarette smell. Had to ask for air freshener to spray since you are not allowed to open a window. Gym was okay, treadmill needs to be updated. Staff was pleasant and timely.

This hotel is now called the All Seasons. It is perfect for a one night stay but it would not be a luxury hotel or a resort. The rooms were comfortable with a somewhat energetic AC system. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was also plentiful with three basic options (no buffet). Very pleasant and served with a mile.

We booked 7 Rooms 2 family suits 2 junior suits and 3 deluxe rooms. The suits were very spacious just ask for extra beds to accommodate if it’s 3 adults. Rooms were clean. This is an older, established hotel; I stayed here 10 years ago and this was my second visit. The hotel facilities are fully equipped, but it's an older property. The carpet by the bathroom door in the room was a bit dirty, and the adult swimming pool was closed for maintenance. However, the kids had a great time in the children's pool. The view from the hilltop is absolutely stunning.

I would like to share my appreciation for one of the Myanmar lady staff ( jasem or something)members at the hotel restaurant. I am a room guest, and when I went to the coffee station to order my coffee, she immediately came out to assist me. She was very fast, polite, and spoke to me with great respect. Because it was far from the city, we were able to stay at a resort with a beautiful view. We stayed in the Gazelle Room, and it was fun to walk around looking for gazelles in the morning and evening. We were driven from the lobby to our room, but the arrangements were always made very smoothly. The pool and spa facilities were also excellent.
