Business hotels in Emirate of Dubai

Enjoyed our stay at First Collection BUSINESS BAY Reception Staff very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast immense - something for everyone. Super outdoor pool. Lacking closeness to public transportation but recommend taxis which are very competitively priced.

Very nice hotel Ahmed in the reception was very helpful and kind

Overall a very decent hotel for a young couple but not recommended for those who doesn't like to walk for public transportation.

Accurate and very good services

I had breakfast at Vyne Restaurant and was warmly welcomed by Nadia, the hostess. She was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my visit. Nadia made sure everything was perfect and checked in to ask if I was enjoying the food. She also explained some details about the buffet, which made the experience even better. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly stood out. Thank you, Nadia, for your...

We had breakfast at the first collection business bay buffet and were really impressed by the service. Nadia was especially kind and attentive — she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Her warm attitude and professionalism made our morning even better. Thank you, Nadia!

i really like how spacious the room is. Very pretty. Nice grand lobby. Strategic location. would come back. But unfortunately it is closing down.

Great location, nice apartments. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, and the waterfront is nearby.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned properly, old towels are smelly, bathtub was smudgy with stains. City View means you will have nothing to see but buildings. Checking in was tooooooo long, they like to chat and waist time. System has a glitch so the key didn't work at first, I had to return back to reception and wait to change the keys.

Good clean hotel. Convenient comfortable room. There is a grocery store on the ground floor. High-speed Internet in the room. All equipment in the room functions without problems. Low pressure of hot water, you have to wait a long time until the hot water finally starts to flow. Opposite the hotel there is construction of 4 buildings and a highway, from which there is a lot of noise, from which the...

It was very clean and nice! The Japanese people were very kind and helpful.

The hotel managers are very cool, they helped to solve one very important issue, the hotel lobby is also very beautiful, there is a small store right in the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are beautiful, but there is a huge minus - these are air conditioners (ventilation), which blow directly into your face on the bed and nothing can be done about it. Because of this, I got sick. 2 options...

It was very nice, there also free parking, and very kind people

Staff is very helpful Mr. Ehab at reception helped us finding room quickly and free upgrade They just need to take care more of cleaning and maintenance

Very satisfied. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and had a city night view.

It was great experience This total staff such a symbol of hospitality you must be visite once Mr singh is really deserved for appreciation. Due to Mr Singh, I will come again.

Excellent location in business bay easy to access to everywhere. All good for business travel

Overall, the service was excellent, and the location was quite convenient. There's a supermarket and bars just across the street, which was a nice bonus. It would be even better if the facilities were upgraded a bit.

Thank you for the good customer service, and excellent front office customer care.

Stayed here for a business trip. It was very peaceful and not crowded, and the environment was pretty decent. The only downside was a few small bugs in the room.

Great facility, meeting all amenity needs required on business trip. Conveniently located in Business Bay. High value hotel and highly recommended.

The room was very clean and spacious.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. Clean, nice amenities. Dont miss the pool deck. Loved My stay and will be back again and again.

Clean and friendly staff. Upgrade room and can early checkin ( by request in advance)

The room was spacious, well-equipped, and in a great location. Breakfast was pretty good too!

The environment is good, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation, not far from the heart of Dubai, offering good value for money. However, there seems to be construction going on nearby, leading to a bit of noise. The service and breakfast were both excellent.

Amazing stay and the view was amazing 😊😊😚

Stayed here over Christmas, and for a hotel of its kind, the price was very reasonable, offering great value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, with lovely views of Dubai Creek. The room was spacious and clean, and most importantly, it was very quiet at night thanks to good soundproofing. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful ambiance, and the breakfast spread was quite varied.

very good hotel and close to dubai mall and other attractions.I recommend the hotel

Super good services. Hotel is so clean and all people are very kind with their guest. I will stay at Renaissance next time also

Nice reception and the location. Hope everything recover smoothly in Dubai

The staff is friendly and upgraded my room The room is modern and spacious Great breakfast as well

Location is not close to the metro station. Room is clean enough The mattress, blanket and the bed sheet are the best, very comfry.

This isn't my first stay here, and it's always a good experience. The room is very clean, spacious, and bright. The staff are also very enthusiastic and friendly. I highly recommend it. The breakfast selection is quite rich too.

Dubai's service industry truly values customer feedback. When checking out, they always thoroughly ask about your stay and your rating. It would be even better if there were more Chinese breakfast options.

This hotel boasts a beautiful environment and excellent, convenient transportation links. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities feel quite fresh and new. What really stands out is the customer service, which is exceptional. I highly recommend staying here.

The price is great value for money, highly recommended, and worth booking again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. easily accessible to supermarkets, had long walks along the river at the back. super lovely! and there’s mini mart below.

It was great experience Symbol of hospitality, if you want to see then then book this hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel with amazing customer service. Even though its not nearby to metro station its the best spot to explore and go on adventures. The hotel and staff provided exceptional service. Everything was immaculate, the Cafe downstairs was top notch. The flavours and customer service. It was such a delight to stay here and I regret not spending more than 3 days here. I will definitely...

That problematic woman named Leo ruined everything. Someone so disrespectful shouldn't have a place in the tourism industry.

Great hotel we got upgraded for free however when we added breakfast it was very basic with only 3 fruit options. And basic machine coffee.

My work trip to Israel took an unexpected turn when I had to divert to Dubai from Tel Aviv due to the recent conflict in the Middle East. After a long, exhausting journey and very little sleep, I arrived at the DoubleTree in Business Bay around 6 a.m.—knowing full well that normal check-in isn’t until about 3 p.m. I was tired, stressed, and honestly just hoping for a place to sit down. What happened...

Everything about this hotel has been fantastic and I would 100% recommend. We had a spacious room overlooking the Burj Khalifa and enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool. The food has also been delicious. We have been looked after so well by everyone at the hotel, but a special mention to Mama Naila, Rovshan, Gladys and Sujata - thank you.

We are currently staying at Hilton DoubleTree Business Bay in Dubai and are very satisfied with our experience so far. The reception staff have been friendly and helpful from the start, and everything has been handled professionally and efficiently. Especially during the current situation in Dubai (march 2026), we feel very well supported and taken care of, which we truly appreciate. Breakfast is...

We had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel restaurant. The service was excellent—special thanks to Mr. Pradeep and Ms. Jenifer for being so attentive, friendly, and professional. Appreciation as well to Chef Dhani and Chef Manoj for the delicious dishes and beautiful presentation. Everything was truly satisfying. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The service was exceptional throughout our visit. A special thank you to Naila, Rasool, Sreya, and Roushan for their outstanding hospitality. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Every request was handled promptly with a smile, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay...

Love the view of the Burj Khalifa from our room. The birthday origami setup was a big surprise to us as well.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and professional service. The rooms are brand new, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The amenities are excellent, and the location in Business Bay is perfect—close to Downtown Dubai while still being in a quieter area. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations...

I recently stayed at the Hilton garden inn and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Adnan at the reception for his outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious...

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Although I experienced an issue upon arrival due to the unavailability of the room I had booked, which resulted in a wait of nearly two hours, the staff's warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist made a positive difference. I would especially like to recognize Ms. Ivy and Duty Manager Mr. Ahmed for their outstanding support and...

Great overall experience. Extremely clean. Small rooms but very modern, with everything you need. The best part about the room is that the AC is ice cold, which is amazing if you like that like me! If you need anything extra, just ask. The staff are super polite and genuinely caring. Great check-in experience by Ms. Yara, and the Valet supervisor, Mr. Mohsin, was very apologetic when we had a small...

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team for their excellent hospitality and professional service. The staff at the reception, especially Yara, was extremely helpful, cooperative, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks also to Juliana from the restaurant for her outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. She made our dining experience very pleasant...

If I could give 10 stars to this hotel, I would’ve done it. The staff is so nice so welcoming! literally everybody at the hotel, they’re really friendly and very helpful. Most importantly they are very respectful. The rooms are so clean, the bed is so comfortable.

Staff were very kind especially Hannah at the restaurant during breakfast. Amenities were well maintained and we enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. Our room had a view to the Burj which we also appreciated!

The room was clean and tidy, the front desk staff were very helpful, and the location was convenient for transport.

Excellent hotel with a convenient location. There's a Spinneys supermarket nearby, and also an alcohol store not too far away, which are quite rare in Dubai. It's about a 30-minute walk to Burj Khalifa, factoring in the long traffic lights. The metro is also relatively close. The only downside was a noisy construction site nearby, but we couldn't hear any noise in our room. The breakfasts were delicious...

Fantastic experience! The room had an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa! The room was spacious, clean, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was also good, and it was convenient for getting around. Rahul, the cleaning staff, provided excellent service!

Excellent hotel with nice parking. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. Tasteful omelette, fresh fruits. The bed was comfortable and the view of the high floor was nice. The Location was very convenient.

I had a very nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff is super friendly and professional. Will be back soon!

Noisy and buggy, but the location is great.

Friendly staff and clean accommodation. However, transportation can be inconvenient, so it would be a good idea to rent a car if you're staying here.

The service is very good, the only drawback is that it is noisy along the road

The entrance was not nice but the suites were clean and well equipped

This hotel has a good restaurant, but it is located in an inconvenient area.

Good place to see firework from burj khalifa. Nice location, roomy but swimming pool is quite small.
