Hilton Garden Inn in Dubai

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Although I experienced an issue upon arrival due to the unavailability of the room I had booked, which resulted in a wait of nearly two hours, the staff's warm hospitality, professionalism, and genuine willingness to assist made a positive difference.
I would especially like to recognize Ms. Ivy and Duty Manager Mr. Ahmed for their outstanding support and attentiveness. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel facilities were also impressive. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed; however, the carpets would benefit from deep cleaning or replacement, as visible stains affected the overall comfort and appearance of the room. Aside from this, the amenities were excellent, and the property maintained a high standard of cleanliness and care throughout.
The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. I would particularly like to commend Mr. Sunil, who was managing the breakfast service on his own during a busy period. Despite the high number of guests, he handled everything efficiently and professionally while maintaining excellent service.
What stood out most was the staff's commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude transformed a good stay into a memorable one. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality, and I look forward to returning in the future.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and professional service. The rooms are brand new, modern, spotless, and very comfortable.

The amenities are excellent, and the location in Business Bay is perfect—close to Downtown Dubai while still being in a quieter area. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations.

I recently stayed at the Hilton garden inn and had a wonderful experience. I would especially like to thank Adnan at the reception for his outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options and high-quality food.

The entire staff was welcoming, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere and provides an exceptional guest experience.

​Great overall experience. Extremely clean. Small rooms but very modern, with everything you need. The best part about the room is that the AC is ice cold, which is amazing if you like that like me! If you need anything extra, just ask.
​The staff are super polite and genuinely caring. Great check-in experience by Ms. Yara, and the Valet supervisor, Mr. Mohsin, was very apologetic when we had a small incident—both of them have such contagious smiles!
​The breakfast quality is great, focusing on a very well-balanced selection. The location is also strategic, though there isn't really a nice view in my opinion. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place.

We had a comfortable and pleasant experience during our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Business Bay.

Firstly, the hotel was clean and smelled amazing, the rooms were cozy and always kept neat and the breakfast buffet was very diverse and delicious.

Secondly, the receptionists were polite, compassionate, attentive, welcoming and quick to respond, especially Mohammad who went above and beyond to make sure guests were well taken care of.

Third, the maids, Rita and Nazir who were incredibly friendly, had been very accommodating and truly dedicated to their work.

Finally, the service provided by the entire team was magnificent. We highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there for the next time.

If I could give 10 stars to this hotel, I would’ve done it. The staff is so nice so welcoming! literally everybody at the hotel, they’re really friendly and very helpful. Most importantly they are very respectful. The rooms are so clean, the bed is so comfortable.

It is the best hotel I have stayed in in Dubai. The price is reasonable. The rooms are clean and new. The staff is very good, cooperative and very kind. The rooms are cleaned daily. You can ask them at any time. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Everything we asked for they provided for us. All the reception staff are extremely kind and respectful. It is the best hotel for me.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The room was always clean and comfortable. Rasool, the room cleaner, was incredibly kind and polite. always had a smile and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff were also amazing, super friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

We stayed for three nights and had a great time. Everyone, without any expectations, is truly friendly and welcoming.

Although we made a mistake with the booking our room was changed (upgraded) without debating and without extra charge.

The hotel is located in the “middle” of the city from where you conveniently can reach any destination in Dubai. Thanks to the concierge team which always helped getting a taxi in no time.

Great breakfast with a wide variation of food and an amazingly friendly team (including chefs and waitresses).
