Upon arrival, we upgraded to a Palm Island view room. The staff were very attentive. Although our room on the 4th floor was a bit low, it was fine. Our child was thrilled to see the pool

The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

This time, I felt like the money I spent was worth it for the service I received, and I didn't regret my choice. To be honest, the breakfast selection was pretty average, but the taste was decent

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

We specifically booked the Royal Club for the water park. The room wasn't particularly large, but thankfully, we spent almost all our time playing when we weren't sleeping

The shuttle service was also very convenient. Just keep in mind that check-in and check-out can take some time, so don't schedule your itinerary too tightly

The breakfast and pool were both really great. The pool offers a view of the Burj Khalifa, which is lovely. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus service to Dubai Mall

My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool

You nees to book in advance for the free shuttle to the beach and outlet store. Our view outside our balcony was amazing

You often have to wait a long time (there are elevators on two sides, and the one for long-term guests on higher floors can go down). ③ Other: A 500 AED cash deposit is required upon check-in

Metro is just outside but not directly connected to hotel. You will need to use the entrance at the back. Make sure you use the correct elevator

The facilities are impressive as well, especially the pool, gym, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Dubai

② Room facilities: Quite old, feels like it hasn't been well-maintained since it was built a long time ago. There are many guests, usually families, and the elevators are insufficient

(There are two exits on one side; one leads to the second floor, requiring a short walk, while the other opens directly onto the hotel's side entrance on the ground floor

The pool is pretty basic for those looking for swimming, its pretty shallow in most areas, still the pool area is nice. Vallet parking is superb and it was included in the hotel service

Hotel is very nice and the price is not super expensive. The location is not very ideal and the connections to other places is not that easy especially at peak hours. Most empty taxies were booked and refused to drive.

An absolutely amazing experience! We got upgraded to a suite facing Palm Jumeirah for Chinese New Year, which was fantastic! The famous 'influencer pool' totally lived up to its hype, and all the recreational facilities were superb

Large territory, there is a shuttle bus, a good breakfast with musical accompaniment - flute and saxophone. There is a mini zoo, horse riding, a mini water park, several swimming pools. Peacocks walk throughout the hotel

The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated

For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok

Great all inclusive hotel, not too far from airport and food was great. 3 swimming pools so plenty of space. Shower is a bit slow was the only con.

The hotel has three large pools, all super clean and cool, and the waterpark was amazing — my kid absolutely loved it! On top of all that, the hotel also offers boating and kayaking facilities, which are included in the package! It was a wonderful surprise and added even more fun to our stay

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

Overall, Centara Mirage Beach Resort is a very nice resort with great food, excellent pools, and exceptionally friendly staff. Both our children and we as parents had a wonderful time

There was a TV and PlayStation, but this mainly resulted in the kids wanting to play video games rather than participate in other activities. It would also be great to see more evening or nighttime entertainment

Out of the three hotels we've stayed at in Dubai, this one is definitely the best. It's on an island that's still under development, but the location isn't far and is very convenient
