The hotel has a perfect location, just across from Snoopy Island. You can easily spend the whole day by the pool or relaxing on the beach. For those who love snorkeling, you can swim with turtles, which is such a special experience. The room is quite clean, but the facilities are relatively old and smell like a domestic small hotel. The house is like a row of small bungalows, but here are all small bungalows, and the sound insulation effect is very poor. Basically I couldn't sleep at dawn because the children in the swimming pool were too noisy. If I just stayed in a hotel and slept for one night, it would be okay.

Was a wonderful time with family the location was perfect to move around fujairah city center.

The location is really good that close to the beach. However, they really need to improve the service that I asked for towels but they never came even after 1hr I came back the guy I talked to still didn’t give me what I requested. The building itself is outdated but ok considering for the price.

We've been staying at this hotel for the third year in a row. Breakfast is a European buffet. The city's Umbrella Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and a regular beach is across the street from us. The sea is clear, with plenty of fish and turtles near the rocks.

To all the people disappointed with this hotel, do not expect 4 star services if the hotel is not charging you a 4-star price. For 200 AED, they won’t wipe your face with fresh wet towels when you check in. This hotel is value for money - had great view, peaceful, well behaved staff, clean pool with partially working jacuzzi & sauna, and not lavish but standard quality breakfast buffet. I stayed for one night with my family at this hotel. While the location is very good, the hotel’s interior definitely needs renovation as it feels outdated. The room service also requires improvement. Basic amenities such as slippers, hand towels, and a bathroom mat were not provided in the room, which I believe should be standard in a 4-star hotel. Excellent stay! The resort is very pretty! The location is excellent - loads of restaurants around, along with a supermarket and a pharmacy at walking distance. Excellent breakfast - great spread. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was top notch- very quick and super friendly. It was a great stay. I would definitely recommend. They have a small kids club, which my kid liked.

The location is good, but everywhere around the hotel, you see Indians and a mess. For tourists, you check in and basically don't leave the hotel. I happened to be there during high waves, so out of four days, I only managed to swim for two hours. Breakfasts are decent, no seafood though. It's more cost-effective to book a complete tour package right away.

The hotel was great and location was super! The cleaning services may be better.
