Traveled with family and friends this summer. We really enjoyed. The first thing we noticed upon arrival was a large, clean, green and flourishing, ennobled area. There are wooden swings, a children's corner, a large trampoline, and of course a POOL (clean, large, beautiful). Then we were put into a room. The rooms are new, comfortable, everything is clean, the furniture is new, everything you need is in the room. (I still remember how the bed smelled of freshness, it’s a pity I didn’t ask the name of the powder😁) Upon request, the owners provided us with a cot for the child. You can also ask for a baby cot if you are traveling with a small child. We had a large terrace with a table and chairs, very comfortable to sit and eat in the evening. The most hospitable hosts are very concerned about the comfort of the guests, they offer extra blankets, pillows .. anything). Another big fat plus is the dining room on the territory, everything is so tasty, they didn’t know what to choose to eat, their eyes ran wide. Even the child ate everything with pleasure, this is an indicator. And the prices are adequate. Well, if someone wants to cook himself, there is a kitchen. Close to the sea, 5 min walk. Just 5 minutes to the market, cafes and pharmacies. We liked it) We will return to you)

We booked a room in advance and didn’t regret it a bit, it’s a pity that we stayed only 7 days, it happened with the vacation. From the very first minutes of arrival, we felt the comfort, the smile of the hostess Elena and the thriftiness of Alexander. The location of the owners of the base is at the highest level, the rooms are all clean with new furniture, the bathrooms and showers are clean, which is very important for many vacationers. We were given a room with a large terrace, which is very convenient for the dog. The territory of the base is completely well-groomed and green, bright flower beds are everywhere. The sea from our base was very close, we reached in 2 minutes. On the basis of the hotel there is a chic modern swimming pool with sun loungers and the purest sea water. Also on the territory there is good home cooking at affordable prices. Near the hotel there are shops and a pharmacy - all within walking distance. We highly recommend that you stay and rent a house in this wonderful place. Sasha and Lena keep it up!!!!

We rested at the Base from 12 to 23 July. I liked everything very much. The room has everything for complete comfort. The most important hot water around the clock. Liked the pool very much. If there are a lot of jellyfish in the sea and you won’t swim for a long time, the pool will just help out. A wide range of dishes in the dining room. A very excellent cook t. Tamara, all the dishes that she cooked for breakfast, lunch, dinner are very tasty. Nice girl Nadia, who distributes, delivers all these dishes. And most importantly very friendly Hosts Elena and Alexander. Which are available at the Base 24 hours a day. It so happened that my wife had a face burn from the sun, during the night her forehead and face swelled. In the morning at 7.30 Sasha drove us in his car to the doctor's appointment. And the fact that mosquitoes, jellyfish is already nature. We have been resting at Aleon Base for the third year already. Recommended as a great place to stay.
The best indicator is that the one who rested in this hotel comes back here to rest. And we are no exception. Many thanks to Elena, Alexander for hospitality. The guys do everything to make you feel at home. Clean new rooms, with good new furniture and appliances! Great pool. Wonderful view of the estuary, wonderful air. I recommend.
We rested with the whole family from June 21 (12 days) in this beautiful place - ALEON! We recently left, and we already miss our hospitable hosts Lena and Sasha. :) Thank you for your attitude towards us, the visitors of your guest house. Everything is at the highest level: accommodation and cuisine. Delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Room service is available for guests. What is important for our family is the accuracy and professionalism of the owners and their staff! Around the cleanliness and comfort! The same can be said about the rooms - clean and comfortable and everything you need for a comfortable stay is at hand: a microwave, a set of good dishes, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, a modern shower room. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. And of course, the salt water pool is something! And most importantly - the sea .. You can visit the beach in 5 minutes walk from the hotel, or walk 15 minutes. and also go to a nice beach. The owner is a gentleman, the sea is nearby. :) Dear Lena and Sasha, we send you a big hello from our family and we want to wish you prosperity and well-being from the bottom of our hearts! Horror!
The air conditioner flows into the room, the owners do not react in any way to the request to fix something.
Sofas have outlived their own a couple of years ago, the child slept on an armchair that fell apart.
The owner's son, constantly FLIES around the base in his car where the children are walking
"Playground" - two swings, an empty scribe, and a torn trampoline.
The hostess walks all the time and controls what your children are doing wrong - "don't go there, then don't touch!"
Rooms are booked at random, they paid for the reservation on the first floor, upon arrival the entire first floor was rented out, I had to walk up a steep staircase with my child.
Before entering the room, be sure to take pictures of all the dishes that are in the room, since upon check-out you will definitely be shown that something is missing
Wi-Fi only catches near the cafe, at the base it practically does not catch.
Showers are opened only after 17:00, the rest of the time the showers are locked.
Rested for the first and last time.
For this money, you can rent much better housing ...

The second line. There is no private beach. There is no Internet in the house number 5. Salt water in the shower and sink. Two beds in a quadruple room - folding chairs. Four sockets. One of them is in the bathroom, one on the air conditioner, one on the stove, one on the TV and the phone can be charged only in turn when you are not cooking and not on the beach. Stove in the same room where you sleep.

We have been resting at this base for the third year already. The base is located on the second line from the sea (7 minutes from the sea), on the side of the estuary. Within walking distance of the market and grocery stores, a private bank ATM, but better take more cash.
We left the neighboring Maryage base, this is where the Sovdepov furniture, plastic tables from the cafe in the room, the air conditioner, which works only at 15 degrees, the refrigerator is leaking, the territory is not equipped, and the disregard of the owners of the base towards the vacationers! Mariage is a gloom!
On Valentine's base, we rent for at least 5 days. This year I wanted to escape to the sea for the weekend, to shoot down we were given a room for three without any problems, which costs 600 UAH, since there were two of us, the hostess Valentina SAMA gave up a room for 500 - a trifle, but nice☝️. In general, about the owners, they are very nice people🙌, they will always make concessions, here the pets🐕 are only welcome! (Rested with a dachshund) If there are no batteries in the air conditioner control - they will bring it, the tuner does not work - they will replace it, the light bulb burned out - screw it in, the main thing is to say about it! Because it is not possible to keep track of all the guests! And since people here love everything that "lies badly" 😒, they do not disdain even batteries from the remote controls, but here you write about the presence of toilet paper in the shared toilet, it just won't be there in 15 minutes! And for me, for example, from the side of personal hygiene, it is more pleasant to use YOUR toiletries. The base is equipped with a playground, a trampoline, decor in the form of garden gnomes and a fountain⛲. Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00, but if the room is free, or people left earlier, you will be accommodated earlier. The rooms on the base are different, standard and cottage. Standard on the first and second floor in a log house. + The first floor is a private veranda where you can sit and chat. On the second floor there is a common large veranda, there is also a table and chairs near each room. The furniture in the rooms is comfortable, a minimum set of dishes, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle - everything is working. Mosquito nets on the windows and doors are also a plus On the territory there is a parking lot, a large kitchen with a microwave oven and a stone barbecue, a summer veranda with vine furniture in the kitchen, which is pleasing to the eye. Everything is civil. Shower from 17:00 to 21:00, hot / cold water, in cottages around the clock. The only thing about the shower I would like to propose to open it for a time from 12:00 to 14:00, perhaps, because many people leave the beach in the heat and lunchtime and would like to rinse after the sea in order to have a comfortable lunch. It would be nice. And finally, I would like to say, whoever goes to rest - he will rest! Don't bother with trifles! ✌️
