Spa Tsunami is the perfect place to relax your mind and body. Everything was wonderful! Very friendly staff! Only the waiter-bartender in the restaurant spoiled the experience. You get what you pay for as this is a hotel located just next to the main bus station and not so far from the main railway station of Dnipro. The hotel offers many facilities that are suitable for both short and long business trips. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff was helpful and the rooms were very cozy. I especially recommended to book the upgraded category room with a sofa and an arm...

Good hotel, nice, in the centre of the city. The cosy rooms. I do not understand just how hotel with decent rooms and price from 2000gr./night is not to offer a buffet Breakfast? My guest ordered Breakfast from the evening and said how much to sell it. He was fine, though, and mentioned that to the European level has not reached. It was a little sad to hear this. But the staff is great! Friendly, responsible...

Nice modern hotel and all conveniences. However the management style is old Soviet Union. If I pay a modern price then I don't want to deal with old Soviet Union mentality. Because of this they lose a star in my opinion.

I loved Dnipro, and one of the reasons for this was staying at the Grand Hotel Ukraine. From the moment that I checked in to check out, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or amenable. I had a room at the back which was extremely quiet, ultra comfortable and cosy. Access to the spa was easy with yet more friendly staff. The saunas and pool were well maintained, clean and luxurious...

Really comfortable hotel in the heart of Dnipro. Stayed here with my family. When arrived, we were surprised that the room was thoughtfully prepared for us in advance ( we had an early check in and check out free of charge): there was made an extra bed for our child, even a small bath robe. The look of the room is like from the Middle Ages, though there is A/C, hair drier, decent wi-fi and 2 flat screen...

Very good hotel. The best considering level of service and price. Very good hotel staff. I would not recommend to order briekfasts as they are expensive and unsavory. Go better in "Artist" restoran which is in the next building.

This was my third stay at Bon and it is still one of the best places to stay in Dnipro. Hotel staff makes this place, they look out for their guests above and beyond simple hospitality. Everyone - maids, receptionists, security guards, cafe staff - are highly professional, polite and genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable.

This hotel offers comfort, good service on Board (delicious Breakfast from 7 am and sleeps for a bonus at the price)

it is an optimal choice when you are a family with children and prefer staying in a hotel rather than to rent an apartment. mind a pizzeria cooking nice pizza (for take-and-go only), which is located exactly in the same building round the corner. what's also important, the hotel is located directly in the administrative centre of Dnipro, just in steps distance from the city administration

Nice hotel, staff was very worried I wouldn't like the room and allowed me to check it out before accepting. I sleep like a rock though and the metro construction doesn't bother me. Although that summer sunrise is hard to deal with for me.

Booked my husband through booking a room in this hotel. I liked everything. Clean, cozy, comfortable. The hotel has a bar-restaurant, service stations and car wash. Friendly staff, good service. Minus is the location. Without personal transportation, I recommend to choose a hotel closer to the center of the city.

The hotel is super !!! Since I often go on business trips to different cities, I will put this hotel in a piggy bank where you can have a good rest after the trip, and have a delicious breakfast in the morning, and the choice of breakfasts is huge.

I loved the location, between nice friendly people, the service and the reception team so wonderful people will help with all what you need. The hotel is either new or after restoration, as there are some flaws in the decoration. But, if you do not find fault with the little things, then everything is not very bad. The room has everything you need, clean and comfortable. Room with private facilities and a large balcony if you need a room for smokers. The bathroom has toilet paper and liquid soap, two towels per person, clean bed linen....

New 4* positioned hotel with good river view. Quite far from the center but near Shevchenko Park. Booked by us "business" room was rather small and with no actual place for working. However all other facilities inside are brand new and nice. Bathroom with cabine and all other amenities. Bed is comfortable. Buffet breakfast was enough but was greedy served (two pieces of sausage (cheese, vegetables...

Really nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is excellent. There are also English menus as well as English speaking staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect, just wish the coffee was free. Otherwise would recommend!

The hotel is situated in a walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are quite ok and the design of the washroom with the shower cabin is modern and looks rather clean. The lobby, if I may call it like that, is the biggest downside of this hotel. And the carpeting of the corridors is a bit outdated. Great plus is the personal - they are all nice and attentive!

I had a pleasant stay in Park Hotel. The staff are all very nice and polite. The room was very clean and quite spacious. I was really pleased with the breakfast choices. The room didn't hav. e a kettle but the receptionist provided one when I asked for it. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to a park and many cafes and restaurants.

It's hard to get 5 stars from me. The service here is unmatched anywhere in the world that I have seen. The people make all the difference. This hotel is beautiful, clean and luxurious. I would stay here again and again. My first contact was with Sofia. She made me feel welcome and that my patronage was appreciated. Look for a more in-depth review on Trip Advisor. Staying here is a no brainier;)

Comfortable hotel in the center of Dnipro with easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Used conference facilitie for workshop and we were highly satisfied.

Convenient location. Pretentious interior decoration. Very poor breakfast menu. Worn PU varnish on the floor. No free sockets available in the room to charge your phone. One towel hook in the bathroom. The rooms are big though. And the bathtub has extra curtains that separate from the rest of the bathroom. It is somewhere you can certainly stay a day or two but without much joy.

Overall the hotel is nice, but despite its fancy looks there's still something from the Soviet times. For instance, there are fancy curtain in the bathroom, but there are no hooks to hang towels. There are not enough plugs, but even if there are those are wonky.
