I loved Dnipro, and one of the reasons for this was staying at the Grand Hotel Ukraine. From the moment that I checked in to check out, the staff couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or amenable. I had a room at the back which was extremely quiet, ultra comfortable and cosy. Access to the spa was easy with yet more friendly staff. The saunas and pool were well maintained, clean and luxurious...

Really comfortable hotel in the heart of Dnipro. Stayed here with my family. When arrived, we were surprised that the room was thoughtfully prepared for us in advance ( we had an early check in and check out free of charge): there was made an extra bed for our child, even a small bath robe. The look of the room is like from the Middle Ages, though there is A/C, hair drier, decent wi-fi and 2 flat screen...

Been there many times. Clean, cozy, polite. Food is up to standard. The staff was always friendly, issues were resolved without delay.

A glass guest house, nice renovation and cozy atmosphere. The bed is comfortable, everything is clean. The only downside is that the slippers are not for my size 45.

Went for the pool with some friends. Was a great place to spend the day relaxing. Lemonade flavors were great and had a good meal by the bar at the pool.

The place is excellent. Nice rooms, nice service. Large landscaped area. When you are there, you understand that a big and noisy city is very close. The cuisine is delicious. Large selection of food and drinks. There is a swimming pool, a beach, several restaurants, a cinema opening)

the food is delicious but it takes a long time to cook. the waitress girls are very unhappy, the service is unpleasant. We were on Saturday afternoon, there was always an advertisement for the event on the screen, but I would like to see a more interesting broadcast.

Extremely nice place for spending few days. Impressive restaurant with featuring sea food kitchen. Large internal area featured with lots of land designs and other stuff, making your walk there very pleasant and enjoying.

I would say that this is an unusual hotel located in a compound composed of businesses, educational and religious institutions. Everything is clean, up-to-date, the staff is friendly. A good opportunity to taste Kosher cuisine at breakfast and at restaurant. Fair price for the quality offered.

A simple place that is perfectly adequate to stay in, the room I stayed in was good, and the location is very handy for restaurants and central locations. Like others have indicated the breakfast is poor, so much so that we skipped it after the first day. Late opening times for the gym meant this was never tried.

SMALL COMPLEX OF OLD AND NEW BUILDINGS SCATERED AROUND, SOME ABANDONED, CLOSE OR EVEN IN RUINS. NO SHOPPING CENTER AS ADVERTICED. SOME INTERESTING TEMPLES.

Super spacious, clean with lovely, helpful staff. Fantastic kosher breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, tad old-fashioned (which I loved) with nice bathrobe, slippers and proper, traditional services.

You get what you pay for as this is a hotel located just next to the main bus station and not so far from the main railway station of Dnipro. The hotel offers many facilities that are suitable for both short and long business trips. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the staff was helpful and the rooms were very cozy. I especially recommended to book the upgraded category room with a sofa and an arm...

My guest ordered Breakfast from the evening and said how much to sell it. He was fine, though, and mentioned that to the European level has not reached. It was a little sad to hear this. But the staff is great! Friendly, responsible...

Nice modern hotel and all conveniences. However the management style is old Soviet Union. If I pay a modern price then I don't want to deal with old Soviet Union mentality. Because of this they lose a star in my opinion.

Very good hotel. The best considering level of service and price. Very good hotel staff. I would not recommend to order briekfasts as they are expensive and unsavory. Go better in "Artist" restoran which is in the next building.

This was my third stay at Bon and it is still one of the best places to stay in Dnipro. Hotel staff makes this place, they look out for their guests above and beyond simple hospitality. Everyone - maids, receptionists, security guards, cafe staff - are highly professional, polite and genuinely interested in making your stay enjoyable.

This hotel offers comfort, good service on Board (delicious Breakfast from 7 am and sleeps for a bonus at the price)

New 4* positioned hotel with good river view. Quite far from the center but near Shevchenko Park. Booked by us "business" room was rather small and with no actual place for working. However all other facilities inside are brand new and nice. Bathroom with cabine and all other amenities. Bed is comfortable. Buffet breakfast was enough but was greedy served (two pieces of sausage (cheese, vegetables...

Really nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is excellent. There are also English menus as well as English speaking staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect, just wish the coffee was free. Otherwise would recommend!

The hotel is situated in a walking distance from the city centre. The rooms are quite ok and the design of the washroom with the shower cabin is modern and looks rather clean. The lobby, if I may call it like that, is the biggest downside of this hotel. And the carpeting of the corridors is a bit outdated. Great plus is the personal - they are all nice and attentive!

I had a pleasant stay in Park Hotel. The staff are all very nice and polite. The room was very clean and quite spacious. I was really pleased with the breakfast choices. The room didn't hav. e a kettle but the receptionist provided one when I asked for it. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to a park and many cafes and restaurants.

It's hard to get 5 stars from me. The service here is unmatched anywhere in the world that I have seen. The people make all the difference. This hotel is beautiful, clean and luxurious. I would stay here again and again. My first contact was with Sofia. She made me feel welcome and that my patronage was appreciated. Look for a more in-depth review on Trip Advisor. Staying here is a no brainier;)

Comfortable hotel in the center of Dnipro with easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Used conference facilitie for workshop and we were highly satisfied.

Convenient location. Pretentious interior decoration. Very poor breakfast menu. Worn PU varnish on the floor. No free sockets available in the room to charge your phone. One towel hook in the bathroom. The rooms are big though. And the bathtub has extra curtains that separate from the rest of the bathroom. It is somewhere you can certainly stay a day or two but without much joy.

Overall the hotel is nice, but despite its fancy looks there's still something from the Soviet times. For instance, there are fancy curtain in the bathroom, but there are no hooks to hang towels. There are not enough plugs, but even if there are those are wonky.
