The hotel shares a building with the Park Hotel and is located on the pedestrian zone next to the central pump room and park. Tourists who stayed there during the summer were unpleasantly surprised by the renovations on the ground floor near the reception area. The rooms are simple but affordable.

We liked the welcome, the discreet service, the high-quality cleaning, and the good soundproofing from the street—with the windows closed, you can't hear the noise from the main street. The establishment was not prepared to receive guests. They don't have a generator, so we couldn't even dry our hair after the pool. We went to the sauna 15 minutes later because they were cleaning up after the previous guests, and then they came to clean up 15 minutes faster and started to rush us. Be careful when selecting your room, in some rooms heating via AC-unit doesn't operate and the central hot-water radiators are also off (on a wet and cold October day). I tried out four rooms before I was fed up and decided to accept a chilly accommodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a rebate or upgrade for the discomfort was not offered. Otherwise a good hotel.

Is a hub for travelers and truck drivers. Evaluate it with a low rating because it's quite dirty, it's still obvious, because there can be a lot of customers at once. Although weird looking, this place offers free toilets and great food for small prices. We were able to eat with my wife for just 120 hryvnas.

DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM VENDORS THERE. THEY ARE CHEATS. We bought nice smelling teas but they use essence. They don't taste like what they serve you there at all. The lake on the other hand is pretty unique in Ukraine. Beautiful.

Everyone should visit Synevir lake once in Carpathian Mountains. It is a great and calm place to have some rest from everyday routine. On the way to the lake there is a nice stream and also a natural source of drinking water. If you stay at the hotel right at the bottom of the lake you can take bikes and have a wonderful ride to the waterfall and National Reservation with bears, kept from poachers

The lake is small. You pay 30 to take a boat ride to a very small island in the lake. The islans is about 3m x 3m. We enjoyed the boat trip and the breeze. The boat is mamually rowed. There's a restaurant at the entrance of the lake. The restaurant serves very nice fish. The restaurant itself is a plus to us.

This is a place where it is always nice to return! A calm atmosphere, cozy, clean and modern rooms, well-groomed green area. Silence and comfort make your vacation truly complete. I found the hotel through Booking.com. It wasn't easy, considering I was only staying with one person. My impressions of Malva were excellent. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and discreet. The location was simply gorgeous.
