Resort Hotel Karpaty in Truskavets

I highly recommend it. I specifically waited until the last day of my stay at the resort to fully appreciate it. So, we stayed there for two weeks. Upon check-in, we realized the economy room wasn't what we wanted. We didn't like the view from the window or the bathroom. The staff resolved the issue quickly and easily and showed us an alternative. We upgraded to a junior suite. The room was comfortable. The linens were clean. The service was excellent. The food was excellent (a buffet with a varied selection of dishes) and delicious. The spa and wellness treatments completely met our expectations. Special thanks to our attending physician, Sasik G.M., for her attention to detail and to massage therapist Vladimir Savyak for a very good and, as the course showed, effective massage. Overall, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were left with nothing but wonderful impressions. It looks like this won't be our last time at this resort. Thank you for a wonderful two weeks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sanatorium even in this diffucult times for Ukrainian people.We arrived from Uk with a car,because we needed to see specialists doctors and get treatments us soon us possible.Rest and treatments are at the good level.They have all doctors and they do all tests very fast and you will get answers straight away,that was super good.They return HEALTH and there is nothing more important than that.We wish the entire team of the sanatorium prosperity and further development.Thank you very much!

We stayed at the Karpaty health resort. This is a wonderful, picturesque spot on the outskirts of Truskavets. The location is excellent, close to the city center and the dolphinarium. The building itself is not new, but the interior is very beautiful and cozy. The building houses not only rooms, but also a pharmacy, numerous mini-shops, a beauty salon, a restaurant, a treatment and diagnostic department, and a pump room. The rooms themselves are not new, but everything is very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned every day (we didn't have time to use the towels), and the maid was very polite and friendly (she helped us with an extra bed for our child). The receptionists are very friendly and always ready to help with procedures and schedule them accordingly. There is a children's playroom, and very interesting master classes are held daily for children. The food served in the complex's dining room is delicious. They offer both regular and dietary options, which is very convenient when you're vacationing with children. The dining room staff is friendly and polite. If you ask, they'll even bring a high chair and arrange takeout! The diagnostic department was also a delight. Our attending physician, Mruchok, was very polite. He carefully reviewed our documents and accurately prescribed the appropriate treatment for the whole family. The treatments were excellent. The medical staff was friendly and the facilities were very clean (the rooms were disinfected repeatedly while we were there, and the bathrooms were treated with disinfectant before each treatment). Another thing about cleanliness. I'd like to ask, have you seen the fairy tale "Cinderella"? I've seen it firsthand. I witnessed a woman with a sponge on her leg who spent the entire day scrubbing the floors after visitors left the medical center. She's a real Cinderella; I've never seen anything like her! Overall, we were pleased with the range of medical treatments, both the service and the quality of the treatments. The pump room itself isn't new, but the Naftusya and Miroslava waters (the main waters in the pump room and the basis of our treatment) had a very positive effect on our family's health. There was only one drawback during our entire stay at the sanatorium. Since we were there during the May holidays and the heating was out, attending the treatments, especially the water ones, was uncomfortable because the hallways and common areas were cold! Another drawback was the unglazed balcony. There was a strong draft from the balcony opening. The room was cold in the evenings. So, keep this in mind if you go in the off-season. I'd also like to mention the vast, well-maintained, and very beautiful grounds of the sanatorium. Walking there was a pleasure, although it was very windy throughout our entire trip. Would I recommend Karpaty? Yes! Would we come back again? Definitely!

There are remodeling, remodeled side looks amazing. 3 types of great saunas, big pool 2.6 meters deep and a small pool with 2 jacuzzi jets .6 meters deep. Good service at the buffet. Therapy procedures are good but the lines for the free ones can be long up to an hour. All free proceedures close at 3pm but its not listed anywhere.

Reception service could be better, they are always in a rush, short answers, no smiles very common in Ukraine. No concept of customer service.

If you are a foreigner it's a great value for the price.

First of all is nice territory near the sanatorium. Green park and even mini zoo with wild cats and birds.
