All good. Fast WiFi. Spa 5". Animation. Very clean. Helpful personnel.

Overrated
I can only barely give one star
It's the worst resort that I have been to terrible smell dirty no air conditioners no free water in the room but the price is sky high for everything not worth the money that they are charging

There are remodeling, remodeled side looks amazing. 3 types of great saunas, big pool 2.6 meters deep and a small pool with 2 jacuzzi jets .6 meters deep. Good service at the buffet. Therapy procedures are good but the lines for the free ones can be long up to an hour. All free proceedures close at 3pm but its not listed anywhere.
Reception service could be better, they are always in a rush, short answers, no smiles very common in Ukraine. No concept of customer service.
If you are a foreigner it's a great value for the price.

Disappointed!! I sent my 77 y.o. mother and received a phone call from her on the third day how badly she was treated in the bath tub room. Two “so called” nurses wouldn’t help her to get out of the bath. The water drained by the time she managed to get out on her own. What a shame.

First of all is nice territory near the sanatorium. Green park and even mini zoo with wild cats and birds.
