1-they ask me to pay more than my booking !! And check in takes one hour !!
2-give a small room not as per the pictures
3-I paid tax of 36 per person and the tax is 18 per person.. actually fist they ask me to pay 60 per person !
4-the room has water for one person not three .. i had to go to reception and ask as the phone is not working ..
5-the phone is not working !! I have to go walking for 3 minutes to ask about any thing.
6-the reception lady told me that the room with lake view but after that she give me parking view ..
7-the bathroom was not clean and no shampoo at the shower (the container was empty ).
8-No one help us with the luggage
9-The extra bed was not comfortable at all.
10-Wifi is not working at the room
Slamming doors, poor noise insulation between rooms (you hear foot steps and banging against the walls), skatepark and toddlers from the restaurants playing just beneath your windows.
I didn't sleep well in that hotel.
English barely spoken (only 1 receptionist had a good level, the other one hung up on me twice when she didn't understand my request).
No laundry service : "only for shirts", well OK lol.
