presidential suite worth the money for a relaxing stay away from current situation in Ukraine. Staff and location is great, spa, pool etc nice for a few days off to the mountains in Ukraine.

UNSANITARY AND BAD EXPERIENCE! We had a BUG in our toilet paper that we were using! SEE VIDEO BELOW! The hotel only response was sorry… The hotel description on booking.com clearly states that they have an outdoor pool and sauna (besides their indoor facilities) but the infinity pool was closed during our stay and the second pool was very cold, sauna outside does NOT exist. We specifically asked about the sauna at the reception and the lady ironically responded that we were looking at another hotel online. When asked about the two hot tubs/ pails outside the hotel, she responded they don’t have that, even if we could clearly see them from our room. Later they justified their wrong answer on the incorrect translation. Not professional at all! I do NOT recommend this hotel at all, the worst choice from our trip to Bukovel!

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, stunning view from the balcony. Delicious breakfast and top client service. Nice spa included in a room rate, outdoor pool is a killer feature.
It’s a bit far from ski lifts&Bukovel centre, but if you have a car or other transfer - there is no problem.

Great service, thoughtful details, perfect place for a weekend getaway with pool and spa. Some of the sauna rooms were not hot enough, but you can always inform reception and they fix it

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Breakfast was very delicious. Such a nice customer service. My nephew forgot his watch in his room and after a few days at home just found that his watch wasn’t in his purse. We called to hotel and had explained conversation with front desk staff. We were promised to lookup and check our room after our check out. I a few days we received call from hotel’s staff and were informed that watch found. Even more they sent forgotten watch by “Nova poshta “ to our address in other district . Thank you! Very hope to be again in that hotel snd say “thank you “ personally.

The interior is nice. The food is delicious. Despite the early reservation and request when booking a room with a view - was placed in the worst room (see Photo). To relocate is refused. Around the hotel some construction - woke up at 7: 30 due to the sound mixers and ringing fittings. The window can not be closed - ventilation in the rooms there.

Overall I enjoyed it. The price-quality ratio put 5.
Rested one week. Very good Breakfast buffet. Lot heated pool. In the restaurant I would like more choices.
Recommend room 211.
My opinion, Fomich one of the best hotels in Bukovel.

vacationing on or around the 20th of December, 2015 with children aged 4 and 1 year. On arrival we decided to quickly eat at the hotel. We were seated at a uncleaned table. The waitress took the order only after 15 minutes. A request to change the tablecloth was stained, I refused because it's "very stressful". Our lunch brought another half an hour, although promised in 15 minutes. In the end, we waited almost an hour from the moment you enter. While I waited the bartender something didn't go with coffee what he's for the whole room began to swear. Most interesting is that in the bill we have included and the 10% tip from which it was impossible to refuse - this is the edge of the beastliness.
While we were at the hotel on our floor did the repair: drilled, painted and glued, which is quite a bad idea when children day need to be put to sleep.
The hotel is quite far from the lifts. To walk is not very convenient because there are no sidewalks and only a path between the road and the river.
Really do not recommend to stay in this hotel. Service level is too low relative to clearly zaversheno prices.

Visited Monysto six years ago for the first time.
My only real gripe back then was slow WiFi.

I'm very pleased that they improved that and didn't spoil the other things that I liked. Even improved on many others.
The pizza is great and they make it in front of your eyes if you pick the right spot.
The personnel is friendly. The place is clean and very pleasant. The location is nice. The prices are reasonable.

Good little italian eatery. Many arab tourists frequent the place as pizza and pastas are customized for those looking for meat free, halal friendly options. The staff is aware of muslim food regulations and are respectful and understanding. The pizzas and pastas were all very good. Recommend 👌

Modern Carpathian pizzeria.
It seems to be busy in the evenings.

Food and drink looks very nice.
The pizza is served with two oils: olive and spicy mix.

Very nice place to stay. Easy short walk distance to lift #1.
Hotel itself has a nice rooms, is very clean with modern facilities. They even have underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Breakfast included in the cost is served in their pizzeria on ground floor. Good potions and very tasty. Pizzeria itself is a good place for dinner if you don’t want to go anywhere after intensive ski day, though there are couple of local restaurants and cafes nearby and small souvenirs and grocery shops.
