The location is perfect - you can get out of your room and start skiing on a trail immediately, or walk a short distance to a slope. The staff are professional and friendly. The room has everything one needs. The breakfast is perfect. All of their services are impeccable.

Certainly the best&biggest fast growing resort in Ukraine. 75 km of ski slopes, 17 ski lifts. A lot of activities for all ages year round. Ski, snowboard, mountain bike& hiking, bungee jumping, SPA, lake, ethnic par and petting zoo.

Nice and beautiful place. You can spend here 3 to 4 days in summer time with family and friends. Some areas good for kids and adults. You can swim at the near lake. Take the chairlifts up the mountain to get a beautiful photos of the nature. If you like skiing so this place is for you. Snow will cover the whole area at winter time so you can choose how many days needed to stay.

Great place to visit during summer when everything is green and you can walk around without freezing out. The sightseeing at the top is great and you can go down on foot, with your bicycle, go cart or on the ski lift.

Impressed how much they advanced in terms of service and comfort. The prices for the ski are very fair, accommodation can be expensive according to the locals' income but it all depends on the provider. But even if the price is quite high - the comfort is guaranteed! The most unfair price I would say is in the restaurants. But the view from the top of the mountain makes you feel like like in heaven...

Very nice place. It is very impressive when you entering Bukovel from Polianitsa, like getting with a portal to an Alpines level Ski Resort city. Great infrastructure, clean and tidy. You can enjoy skiing/snowboarding in Winter, extreme attractions on warmer seasons and city amusements, beautiful nature, local cuisine all year around.

I was on business event in this hotel on June 7. It is called "Christina Beauty Summit". Everything went smooth. We had same event last year and were impressed with level of service and client orientation. And I hope to come back next year too. Glory to Ukraine!

I had a rest with the team in "Romantik Spa Hotel", from December 25-27. During the whole stay in the hotel, except for positive emotions and delight there were no other impressions. We visited Bukovel for the first time with our 1 year old son. Bukville Hotel is very good for family vacation. Location - 5 min from ski lift and ski pass cash desk. Ski depot is inside the hotel. We parked our car on hotel parking for free. Rooms: safe, comfortable, worm, clean, with balcony and have beautiful view. Room service is very good, cleaning everyday. Breakfast are good, but not included...

It was a very great experience there! The employees are all very nice and friendly. Its very close to the first parking lot, and the shopping center. The spa and swimming pool are comfortable and cozy. Would come here again!

Amazing appartments with great view, first lift is just across the road! Breakfasts included in the price are tasteful, each morning they served smth new. Cheese pooding was particularly good! As we were staying with a child the hotel had given us a crib. The bed is really huge, and so is the bathroom . We enjoyed our vacation in ZimaSnow and definitely will return here next year

Good value, perfect location and staff

This was my second time and it was as pleasurable as the first, Great couzy rooms, heating and hot water. Good WiFi connection across the entirety of the compound, audome customer support and a good place to kick back and relax. Loved the food and had fun while here, would highly recommend visiting.

Extraordinary hotel complex in Carpathian mountains. Beautiful landscape design, selected plants, very spacious indoor and outdoor. Tennis, football court, tiny gym, snooker tables, small swimming pool, sauna, massages, delicious food 🥰 and many more things. It's definitely worth staying here especially if you want fully to recharge yourself and connect with a nature without sacrificing your comfort

Just the perfect place for mountain hiking, close to some of highest peaks in the Ukrainisn Carparthian mountains. Good comfort in woiden cottages, very good kitchen & bar, just a nice place to stay there.

The place is pretty, but a bit more expensive than other in this area. They have a small pool and nice territory for a walk. Good choice of drinks and meals in the restaurant, but the brakfast is not really good (the choice is poor there). Recommended place to visit with your family, friends, children or just for a couples.

Very cool hotel. Clean and very compact. There is a robe, hair dryer and everything you need in the room. Very convenient, you can go straight from Gorka to the hotel on skis. Absolutely in love with this place. The quality of service is better than anywhere I've ever been on entire planet. The food is great, the leisure activities, the spa is awesome. We absolutely felt in love with this place. The territory is outstanding! We were seven staying, my wife, 3 children and in laws. Children aged 1, 3 and 12. The hotel has two pools, one with slides for children. The other pool 1.5m deep. Good, clean and tidy place to stay with awesome view. The food/ breakfast was reasonable. The staff are welcoming, kind and helpful. It is a bit far from the main activities hub, but if a car was rented then its perfect. The place has no Elevator and AC which was fine since when I stayed the weather was cool.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms were always clean. Food at the restaurant was good and prices are moderate. The menu is bilingual (Ukrainian and English). They have awesome facility with sauna, hot tub and outdoor pool. Reccomend P.S. they don't have elevator, so going to the 5th floor was a challenge. I had a very short and pleasant stay at the hotel but will be back for sure in future. Clean and tidy place (spotless I might add), young and friendly staff. Feeling very average. Clean rooms reluctantly. Consumables "forget" to change daily. The range of services is very narrow. But settled in the room much before 12 hours. The food in the local "restaurant" is not recommended. Low prices correspond to low quality of food.
