Good hotel, clean and proper. Nice choice of breakfasts. A bit pricey though but was a last minute booking. When got the keys, arrived in the room that wasn’t clean - quickly returned back to the reception and got fixed. Also, only 1 pack of towels / hotel stuff was available in the room but I was offered to get 1 extra. Nice spot in the city center, four out of five.

We a group of 12 individuals stayed for about 2 months. A wonderful experience of home away from home and memories of a lifetime. Clean; the best service I have experienced in Ukraine over 6 years. Lovely people from those who had no English to those who were capable speakers. Great view from balcony; food was every thing I as an English gentleman could have asked for. I plan to return soon. Nice and close to the station but without noise disturbance.

The hotel is very cozy, comfortable, like at home. Friendly and attentive girl at the reception. A huge plus - the Metro is located nearby and in a few minutes you can get to the desired place in the city. Still nearby (5 minutes walk) is a huge market for clothing and vegetables and fruits. Excellent service and friendly staff. You could order the breakfast for the next morning every day. Clean rooms. All staff speak English without much difficulty. There are conference halls for company events and the like. The internet went down for a few hours during my stay, but it wasn't them, it was the ISP. It's a 30 min walk to city centre or you could call a cab. Generally I recommend this hotel

It may not look representative on the outside, but for those who care about being decent and cheap, I think it's a good choice.
