We took a room before the wedding and for the wedding nights.

Took the largest 2-storey room was terribly smoky, as he said after the New year and there's nothing these can do. Started to fill the Jacuzzi ran out of hot water and the hot water heater did not warm anymore. The staff was no help, and promised compensation for it. On the second day, offered rooms to choose from, as the boiler still does not operate, chose not smoky, as one smelled too. On the 3rd floor, bright, with a good repair, however, smelled awful from the bathroom, again the staff is nothing really did. In the new room on the 3rd day ran out of hot water! It is not funny it was, since the time of the eviction. As I was checking out - no apology, discount did not!! Thought of the official price, which is much higher than the Chinese. The problem is the staff, because the hotel itself is great, but the attitude towards the customer all the spoils
We had a duplex room with a Jacuzzi. We took it, as it was the only available. It is convenient to take companies, or large families, eat-in kitchen, Breakfast bar.. For 2 people... it is inconvenient to run up and down the stairs, as the upstairs bedroom and the suitcase ,okay then ... Besides, running up the stairs naked you can see the street passers-by, as the ladder passes through dlinnenkie window. Even that caused the imprint - a modest Breakfast. A plate of bread/cheese/oil is designed for 2 people (from 4 Tolstikov), oil bring slices straight from the fridge, that is where the 30 minutes must pass,that it was possible to spread. I recommend You this dish to make for one person, because honestly speaking we were little. I note however that on the second day, we grew bolder and asked for more to be brought. But why should we feel like a glutton??)) when it's not.

Wonderful place with a pleasant interior. There is only 1 nuance that you need to pay attention - near the bus station and departure of buses will have to Wake up at 6 am every day.
Initially confused with the numbers. Good that we noticed it. In General, when communicating with the administrator the problem was solved, but the first impression is somewhat smeared.

A wonderful boutique hotel. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Not happy with the location and rooms on the first floor, Windows facing the street where all the look. So take the room starting from the second floor )
