Iris Art Hotel in Kharkiv

Were regular customers of the hotel until the last moment. We liked everything, comfortable atmosphere, clean, good design, friendly staff. 1.5 years used is the Iris. But! There are rooms specific nuances, we chose the room in which we are most comfortable(bed 180*200, ( men of great growth) is a spacious room. Or Noble, or Salon). Booked it in early July 2017, the arrival on 24-29/08. Voiced several times that I need a room with a LARGE bed, they have 2. Twice went further, to confirm the booking and make sure that our room left for us and order another room. At the Desk politely all confirmed that of course everything is booked and a room for us and waiting for us impatiently. Upon arrival 24/08 settlement occurred not in the room. Instead of a spacious room with a large bed in the Marquis with a substantial spatial difference . (We do not like tight spaces!)and as Your regular customers and only once You have changed the Kharkiv Palace hotel, only because there was no issue of our access.

So. If you book in advance for 2 months and came with an extra month 4/08 confirm everything and book another room. In the end we got the wrong number. With the little room, broken safe, which by the way, nobody from the staff to open (2 days asked to do something with the safe). As an apology and compliment got a small plate of fruit (a modest, just very, tiny).
I want to give a little advice on marketing. If so happens, bring the client an apology, give a discount on a future settlement, bring the champagne in the end, as do self-respecting hotel, better if You do it a saucer of fruit not bring.
PERHAPS there was a misunderstanding with the staff! For that one reason that NO one at the reception knows what you have in the rooms there are 2 OTHER beds 180*200 ( and in other 160*200). We as customers have voiced that they want the room with a large bed and spacious. SPEND a master class, show Your staff what is the difference you have rooms! I repeat, no ONE knows this, we all unanimously claimed that the beds you have the same! Although, even on the website in the description that the room rate difference.
For the Administration - something has changed! you go in the fading direction., vector down! Change something urgently.
We to You most, alas, do not come. We look for a new FAVORITE hotel. SORRY. Thank you

I'm disappointed!!! I ordered the voucher as a gift. Everything was paid for in advance and agreed. In in the end? The room was not decorated, as promised, was not even elementary - champagne and fruit, not to mention the other. Just as usual the visitors took a regular room. Are you kidding me??? So also the young Breakfast in the morning is not filed!!! And to whom do I recommend this hotel? What is the service in a day???But you are all so wonderful it was...Unhappy is to say nothing!!!
