I really liked this guest house. We rested in August, two adults and two children. We rented a small room with a toilet and a shower. The room had one double bed, very comfortable, on which we slept well, and one bunk bed, on which the children slept, also with comfortable mattresses. Good renovation throughout the house. Snug. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, where it is nice to cook and eat. There is internet. In the yard there are several gazebos, a garden chair, a small playground, a parking space. Everything is clean and well-kept. The owners are friendly, they will explain everything, show you around. We will come to this guest house when we are in those parts. I recommend

A wonderful hospitable yard. Caring owners. If you describe their service, it is like being under the care of relatives. Upon arrival, they drove us around the city in their car, showed us all the roads to the beach and shops in the area of ​​residence. The territory is always clean, the apartments are always cleaned. Everything is fine.
Just a little tip for the owners: if possible, if you are staying with children, add a small chest of drawers to the room.

Pros:
- Spacious, tasteful rooms.
- It is evident that the hosts are trying very hard for their guests.
- Nice playground in the yard.
- Silence. There will be no noisy discos and parties on the street and in the yard.

Cons:
- There are no bath towels. It is extremely inconvenient to take on vacation not only towels to the beach, but also to the room.
- Many additional payments. If you want to use a washing machine or barbecue - it is paid.
- Far from the center and more or less sane beach. But a cheap taxi can help.
