Guest House 15a in Genicheskaya Gorka

We loved everything about the place - location, rooms, kitchen and hot water:) Thanks a bunch!

Rested 23-28.08.21. arranged for us to transfer from the station. The driver on the way told me what to visit.
We were warmly welcomed. We walked through the territory, told the orders. Everything is very well thought out. Looks like a small yard. But there are several areas with gazebos for relaxing and eating. Courtyard well maintained, blooming. Neat paths. There is a place for self-catering. Gas stove, two microwave ovens, two electric kettles. We took a slow cooker with us to free up time for relaxation.
Our room was on the second floor. The stairs were a bit intimidating. Climbing the stairs, you find yourself on a small balcony. There were ropes strung for drying clothes.
The room had two beds, a bathroom with a shower. Small refrigerator. Air conditioning. TV. The Internet did not reach the room, but it was enough for us that we caught it perfectly in the gazebos. You could also watch a movie in the evening.
Hot water around the clock. Heating from solar panels.
Everyone has heard about mosquitoes this year. Here I was pleased that there were few of them on the territory (it looks like the territory is being processed). In the gazebo for evening gatherings, there are lamps from mosquitoes, the gazebo is tightened around the perimeter with a net. In the evenings, the kids turned on cartoons here or made a disco.
The area is regularly cleaned.
There is always someone in control at the entrance so that there are no strangers. A smoking area is allocated in front of the territory, which is very convenient for families with children, you breathe clean air.
Dishes and pots are provided as needed.
Water for cooking was used from the tap (they have their own well).
Of the minuses: in the shower it would not be bad to distinguish between a sanitary zone and a shower with a side. The mop-scraper that came with it didn't do much with the water. It is desirable to attach rubber bumpers-insulation to the front door. In the evening, in a draft, when someone entered, the door knocked, which was a little annoying.
Walk fifteen minutes to the sea. Past the shops, the market. The beach is small, for children.
Overall, this guest house has a great experience. The hosts are friendly and go to meet the wishes. If we are going to these parts with pleasure we will stop here again

Great place for a family vacation. Administrators are polite, answer all questions, help, always in touch. Based on reviews and decided to add my own.
The number of rooms is huge, although the territory seems small. But everything is green and cozy. Lots of flowers and greenery. We had a standard for 4. The room has a double bed, a single bed and a children's bed. 7 or 8 sockets, air conditioner, small refrigerator, shelf, chair. Dual level lighting. The room has a shower, washbasin, toilet. Warm water, extract. I have read reviews about the smell of water. Compared to Genichesk, where it stinks of sewage from a tap, there are sometimes light notes here.
Near the room on the 1st floor there is a private gazebo - a bench and a table.
The territory is green, well-groomed. Smart workers - cut, sweep, clean. Hardworking bees. On the territory there is a gazebo near the dining room, a large gazebo with a TV, a gazebo for smokers, a trampoline for children. Behind the door is a rocker and a turnstile. No one was driven from the trampoline, although there is a warning for 1 child. But if there were more, I didn’t hear any comments. There are also toilets and showers on site.
Kitchen. Delicious food with big enough portions. Ordered 3 for 2 adults and 2 kids and got full. Everything is fresh, warm and delicious. But, you can cook yourself in the kitchen.
To the beach through the market about 10 minutes is not a quick step. I liked the beach - relatively well-groomed, a lot of umbrellas and sunbeds, but there is enough space for everyone. There are swings on chains in the water and on the beach, attractions nearby and a little further.
Of the minuses: jellyfish, cold weather and mosquitoes (although there are repellers on the territory in the gazebo, I highly recommend taking mosquito coils and sprays). The cons, apparently, are not the fault of the owners and employees. Children, my husband and I are satisfied with the guest house. Recommended.

That's the end of the holiday. We're going home . We rested as always in the guest house 15A. Why exactly here? Because here is the best service, very responsive and polite staff, well-groomed, green area, spacious yard, there is a summer children's cinema, a children's trampoline, an area for adults, a barbecue grill and a barbecue. The staff is very concerned about the comfort of their guests. This year, there are a lot of mosquitoes everywhere in Azov, and so in the guest house they are very successfully fighting, there are almost no mosquitoes on the territory. Our room has everything you need: a bathroom, a shower, a refrigerator, a TV and an air conditioner. Many thanks to all the staff of the guest house 15A for a very warm hospitable caring welcome.
