Very hospitable hosts, cleanliness of the room, more than enough towels.

Absolutely silent air conditioner in the room, but it is only in one of the rooms.
There are many shelves in the closet, there is a kitchen with an electric kettle and an electric comfort.
There is an opportunity to watch the sunset with a panoramic view of the reserve, not construction sites and many hotels, because the hotel is close to the nature reserve, so far nothing is blocking the view.

A family of four rented a triple room. A room with two rooms and a bathroom. The room has an electric stove, a set of dishes for four people (plus dishes for cooking), a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave oven. The room has a TV and air conditioning. In the backyard there is an open round pool with sunbeds and four gazebos, two homemade barbecues. The beach is a three-minute walk away. The owners are friendly and not intrusive. Discos and music from "pubs" cannot be heard at night. You can leave your car near the hotel, although it is not a closed parking lot.

A plus for a large, spacious room and new furniture. But this is where all the pros end.
For almost 2 weeks of rest, they never cleaned the room. We ourselves asked to replace towels and bedding. Of course, I understand everything, but for 2200 UAH per day you only get a room and that's it. Paying that kind of money to sweep myself every day is so-so pleasure ...
There is an endless construction site around the hotel, so unfortunately it was not possible to relax in silence, far from the noise. The view from the windows is also not inspiring.
They said that the water from the tap was drinking, but they did not dare to drink it because of the strong unpleasant smell.
There is no parking on the territory, there is no good entrance to the hotel either. Around there is a broken primer and covered with stones in order to somehow get through. The car was parked behind a fence.
I cannot recommend a hotel for a comfortable stay.
This year in the Iron Port, money is being fought just godlessly.

Great hotel. The owner is very friendly. Purely. Better to take a room on the 2nd floor. You can sit at a table and watch the steppe at sunset. Very beautiful.

The hotel is just great.
