I stayed here once, around five years ago. Service was fine, room was small but properly equipped and decorated.
Food in the restaurant was good, and I particularly liked the deserts. Their berry mille-feuille was really great!
Only strange memory I have from the stay, that they could not enroll me into loyalty program upon checking. They told me I had to do it in the site and it will only work starting from the next booking.

6.10.2024 pleasant surprise-yes,dated interieur,but pricing corresponds,clean room,hot shower more than 5mins(compared to local competitors) and good breakfast

Great place, clean and comfortable. Top location, fair price and friendly staff. Highly recommended for tourists! Parking and WiFi available. Stayed with family (2 kids and 2 adults), everybody liked the place:)

"Discover Ukraine" special offer makes this hotel very appealing place to spend weekend. Perfect location, clean, no unpleasant scent, decent wifi. The only questionable thing - breakfast (not much to choose from, no fruits also it's fruit season, no tasty or healthy options).

Very bad. Interested in live music. Promised it would be. No room for dancing or for the musicians. Kitchen dishes are disgusting, the waiter, the menu does not know the availability of food does not know. But in the Zhytomyr great food!

Minus the kitchen. Seems like the chefs have no idea, which means the degree of doneness of meat. Was (mildly) surprised when, instead of the grilled vegetables, I brought diced celery, eggplant and pepper in half-baked and eggplant raw! Impregnated with oil and vinegar. A request to bring to readiness the steak and cook as expected grilled vegetables, brought in meat is sufficiently fried, and the vegetables back into its original form.

Reikartz surprised, I wanted to relax and eat out. But the waiter the menu is not focused, kitchen - a complete failure, perch fillet cooked more than an hour, and when filed this rubber dried a dish in breadcrumbs , the mood was completely ruined. And of course I want to add : the toilets have to be clean, because even the hands to go wash frustrating!

Came in the evening - pizza rubber like store-bought and warmed in the microwave.
The soup is not tasty, the recipe is far from the one that actually is.
But the most unpleasant is the glass on the couch. Someone before us broke a glass and shards fell onto the couch. Likely off the table cleaned, but the couch pieces were retained. On the couch I ran into a piece of glass by hand. Lucky stronger not pressed, otherwise you cut into your palm completely. The waiter responded very unclear. Took the glass and ran away without a word. When we left, we checked the sofa more details and found a few large fragments. I left a comment to the staff. Apologies, I did not hear, and I don't want to hear apologies. I want comfort and security.
Staff are mysterious, bring a dish, instruments forget, the breakfasts are first there, then gone.
For me personally it is very rare that the institution was able to accumulate as many bonuses (stocks).

The cleanliness of the rooms, the sunsets, the dust on the shelves and in bed found someone else's hair. Breakfast is horrible, cold and bland food, the buffet line are not clean and covered in fingerprints. Good location. Nice Interier rooms

Really good hotel in the center of old city.
Everyting not far away from this hotel (Castle, cafes, restourants)
No breakfast available here, but next door to hotel is reastaurant where you can have breakfast. Available parking for 5 cars, but 20 meters near is a large city parking. Rooms are big and cozy.

The location of the hotel is great! Our windows overlooked the square, someone's windows overlooked the town hall. Indoor parking - nice lounge/reception/coffee shop where you can have coffee and sweets at 8.30 before you leave!
At the end of November - out of season, the price for the hotel level is excellent - veneer furniture and everything to order, an interesting design of the bed of the Jewelers room, there is no plastic or cheap materials anywhere in the decoration, the bathroom is also in high-quality finish and plumbing with fittings, a spacious shower room ! Of the features there is no mirror in the room, at least below the waist you can see yourself, if you were wearing outfits for a photo shoot, you would be upset - but I didn’t need this time. Textiles the sun is not pierced! The bedding and the cape over it are surprisingly high quality, as in hotels of a level much higher than this. There were neighbors on the floor you could only hear when they came in. So the sound is great for me! In a word, everything was very pleased for only 1088 UAH !!!!!

Interesting topic. The rooms are spacious, have everything you need, hair dryer, towels, slippers, gels, shampoos, mini bar... Clean and tidy. Equipped with two entrances to the town hall and the courtyard. There is a small car park, although you need to book in advance.
The reception is located right in the cafe, which serves delicious coffee and fresh pastries. Unfortunately there is no restaurant or bar yet. For breakfast, of course, I wanted a sandwich with coffee or tea, and not pastries. But this is a matter of taste and preference.
In general, we were very satisfied, the next trip I will choose this hotel. For a surcharge, we were provided with an extra bed for a child.

Small modern family hotel in extremely convinient location of Kamyanets old town. Ancient Ratusha (former city council, now museum) is just 50 meters from the hotel, in the building next to the hotel. The best restaurants are on the street 100 meters to the opposite. Dominican Cathedral in 2 minutes of walk, the Castle is in 10 minutes of walk.
The concept is based on old local master guilds. You have Baker's room, Blacksmith's room and so on. The presence of concept is gentle, the rooms rather made in minimalistic way to give more space and light. Being old in exterior the hotel is modern inside. The beds are very comfortable, very good sleep. Great decision to make two levels in family rooms. It was fun for our 8 year son to sleep at the higher level.
