Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us stay longer with no extra payment as our train was leaving late at night. Breakfast was tasty and well-served. Our room was clean. I stayed here once, around five years ago. Service was fine, room was small but properly equipped and decorated. Food in the restaurant was good, and I particularly liked the deserts. Their berry mille-feuille was really great! Only strange memory I have from the stay, that they could not enroll me into loyalty program upon checking. They told me I had to do it in the site and it will only work starting...

"Discover Ukraine" special offer makes this hotel very appealing place to spend weekend. Perfect location, clean, no unpleasant scent, decent wifi. The only questionable thing - breakfast (not much to choose from, no fruits also it's fruit season, no tasty or healthy options).

We stayed there for a week and absolutely loved it. It is very quiet and conveniently located in the old city. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. Be sure to try their homemade drinks, they are delicious and inexpensive. The staff is top notch and very attentive.

Hotel "Smotrytska Vezha" is a great place to relax. Sights are nearby. We rented a two-story room, the view from the window directly onto the fortress.
