Extremely pleasant staff who will advise and help. Very high-quality beds, mattresses, incredibly clean and new bedding and towels. We booked a room for three.

The room is not new, but it is well cleaned and has everything you need. I would like a better air conditioner and hairdryer, there was also a broken outlet in the bathroom and sometimes weak water pressure. Shower gel, hats, slippers were in the room.

Not suitable for people with limited mobility, it will be a bit difficult with children in strollers, as you have to climb the stairs and they are not comfortable enough.

However, the impression of peace and comfort outweighed these shortcomings and I would like to come back again. The price-quality ratio is fully justified. Thanks to the staff!

A good option for an overnight stay, the mattresses are comfortable, the linen and towels are clean, and the room itself is also clean.

We stayed at the hotel and restaurant complex "Lyube". The impressions were generally positive, but there were some nuances.

Pros:
• The hotel is next to the road.
• The room is spacious, clean, tidy, with everything you need: towels, liquid soap, shampoo gel, shower caps, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe, TV and air conditioning.
• There was a warm blanket, which was very appropriate, because the weather seemed cold.

Points to note:
• All rooms are located on the second floor. Our suite was near the stairs and opposite the reception desk, so you could hear people in the morning and evening. I would have liked more silence for the suite.
• Wi-Fi worked slowly.
• The water pressure in the shower was weak.
• The road became noisy after curfew.

We did not order breakfast in advance, but the staff suggested where we could have breakfast nearby.

Comfortable and clean

Good food, not expensive menu. Middle class restaurant. The atmosphere is restrained. The waiters and staff are excellent. It is obvious that they know their job. The presentation of the dishes is good, but the taste properties need to be improved a little. There are enough parking spaces. Wardrobe works great. Toilets are clean. Taxi is called without any problem. Taxi drivers are happy to take orders. If you need to hold a celebration on an average budget, then this is a good option. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol, water, fruits.

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet and clean.
We stayed on our way to spend the night, at that time the kitchen was out and we were not able to have breakfast on the spot ..

Since we were with a small child, the administrator previously turned on the air conditioner for heating, for which we are very grateful to him!

Cozy and tasteful everywhere, perfect cleanliness, polite staff, excellent service (even umbrellas at the hotel entrance are in case of rain)! Location in the city center. Delicious and hearty food (there was only a large portion for breakfast - 120 UAH). There is a library, conference room, games room, music room, hookah bar, tasting room. There is a charger for electric cars. any services are available (laundry, ironing, delivery of breakfast to the room, delivery of suitcases, etc.).
