Cardboard house, the number just walks around. Hearing is terrible. At 12 at night slammed doors and people were noisy at seven in the morning broke and washed the floor, everything in the room is audible. We are lying in bed, she is shaking just from the fact that people walk in the next room. We went on a long journey and chose this place on booking precisely because of the reviews that it is quiet and comfortable here, people wrote reviews that said that there is sound insulation here, this is a lie. Parking is declared, but it is here just in front of the store and there is a camera, that is, you will not drive inside the territory. I don't have an air conditioner. We did not get enough sleep because of this terrible experience. The room declared a double bed, but ETO one name, it is simply riveted from two single beds. We need to go on a long journey sleepy and without mood. Therefore, those who want to spend a quiet night in comfort, this "hotel" is not recommended.

The staff or owners of the hotel behave very incorrectly towards customers! People booked a room, and upon arrival it turned out that it was busy and only more expensive rooms remained! The clients no longer had anywhere to go and they paid extra, although, in theory, the hotel should have provided them with an expensive room at the price of a cheap one, since they screwed up! Or maybe that's how they make money from customers?

- there are no outlets, you can only charge one phone, and then if you pull out the kettle.
- dirty, the toilet behind the lid in the urine and dust
- in places a fungus on the elastic band of the shower cabin
- very poor soundproofing

We stayed with a company in May, on booking they indicated check-in at 14:30. From 13, the owner began to actively call with a request to check in as early as possible, because he needed to visit his family. We entered the situation, changed plans, arrived earlier. As a result, the owner met us on the street and for 50 minutes (!!!) told stories from his life, not allowing us to check in. Even after we said in plain text that we were tired from the road, we wanted to go to the toilet and put our bags, he did not let us in and replied that we should put the bags on the asphalt, since he had not finished yet. As we later guessed, he deliberately tormented us so much on the street in order to figure out who smokes and give some kind of crazy questionnaire. Okay, almost an hour later he settled us, warning that on the back of the hotel there is a backyard with a barbecue, benches and all this can be used.

In the evening, after walking around the city, we decided to use the same benches. After 10 minutes, other residents of the hotel came, said that they had booked this place, and asked him to leave. The concierge came, opened the gate in the backyard and showed us behind them the area with benches. Since we did not need a barbecue, we decided to go there. The concierge said that we can sit there, the main thing is not to make noise, and if a security guard comes up, then explain that we are from the hotel.

We were sitting on those benches, when in a couple of hours the same concierge runs up with shouts of “young people, you can’t be here! I know that I said that it’s possible, but now I’m saying that it’s impossible!”. Well, ok, we were surprised, but went to the room.

After that, the obviously drunk owner began to call us, be rude, and say that we were violating the rules of settling and climbed into an extraneous private territory. To the fact that the concierge herself opened the gate for us and allowed us to go there, he answered us that we were all the time, and the concierge could not say this. For about 20 minutes he tried to read notations to us, for what purpose - it is not clear.

As a result, absolutely boorish and inadequate administration.
